The house was very easy to find. Dmitrij had already sent us a short description with pictures in advance. This is a small house with complete furnishings, bathrooms and kitchen. There were five of us (2 adults, 3 children) and the house was big enough for us. The house is quietly located in a garden in the backyard of the host's residence. We were very satisfied. Thanks again to the host and the good and very friendly communication.

We spent a very nice weekend in this vacation home of Lotta. It is located in the middle of nature and was just right for a break from everyday life. Communication with Lotta was super friendly and accommodating. She picked us up directly and informed us about everything, so we could enjoy the weekend to the fullest. Wonderful home away from home! It had everything we needed for our stay with 10 people. Aldi is a quick walk down the street and so convenient for making meals at home. We will definitely stay again next time we come to the Köln area! Ali is a great host and very responsive.

We had such a great time! The house was amazing, even better than expected. Very spacious also, we felt right at home. And the table soccer was a big plus! All in all i would easily come here again.

A very nice, large house that can accommodate many people. We were invited to the wedding nearby, it was perfect for our needs. The terrace is cozy, the dining table huge, so we were more than comfortable with 9 people. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen well appointed. We highly recommend the house.

We were in Cologne for a short trip and felt very comfortable at Sonja's! Sonja and her family are great hosts who also provided us with tips about the accommodation. The accommodation as part of the city wall is a special highlight! We had our toddler with us and there were great amenities - in addition to a baby bed and high chair, there were also toys and children's dishes. We would book again anytime!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Martina and her husband were very nice and accommodating. The places was lovely and very clean… and very cute. We loved the bed being upstairs. Would definitely stay again and would recommend!

Great stay! Communication with host was perfect. Apartment is big and spacious with everything you need and more. Location is good as well, not too far from the center, ~15min by car. Free private parking right in front of the house as well. Would stay again!

You feel yourself at home. 100% Clean. I stayed 2 days without any Problem. It was big enough top stay 4 people. Has a parking place. Definitely I will choose it again.

Quiet apartment in a top location with parking garage I felt completely comfortable during my conference week in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. The apartment is quiet, very clean and modernly furnished – ideal for relaxing after long days. Especially practical: everything is within walking distance, from restaurants and cafes to supermarkets to the subway and S-Bahn. The connection to other districts is great. For motorists, there is a nearby parking garage, which makes parking in the city center much easier (tip: it only opens from 7 am, for very early departure, drive the car out the night before). The kitchen is well equipped, even if I hardly used it thanks to the great local gastronomy. Fares and his family are very friendly, check-in was straightforward and all information always came quickly. I felt very welcome and would love to come back!

A truly lovely and cozy place! The natural surroundings are beautiful, and Malu’s furniture gives the house a warm and personal touch. Even the tableware shows how tasteful and passionate the host is about life. Highly recommended!

Monika and her husband are a beautiful couple full of good intentions and are warm and quality people that we rarely find in our time. The apartment is really beautiful and spacious with a beautiful balcony where you can relax in a beautiful quiet place with a sublime view with all the amenities you need for a very nice stay. Had a great stay at this beautiful apartment all around! It is not only styled and designed with a lot of love for detail, but also exudes a modern, welcoming atmosphere – you immediately feel comfortable. The location in Cologne is unbeatable: central, yet quiet, perfect for exploring the city. We would like to emphasise the flexibility and friendly courtesy when accepting a third person – this was absolutely uncomplicated and very accommodating. We were welcomed by an incredibly likeable and accommodating person on site who took time to show us everything and provided us with valuable tips. We would come back anytime – clear recommendation!

Spacious apartment and fully furnished as a residential house. Spacious terrace. Location is close to the quiet villa district Marienburg and the Südpark where you can take beautiful walks. The bus connection to the center is fine. Line 132 stops around the corner. 2 min walk. Also handy is the HIT supermarket around the corner. Coffee machine with beans is a winner. A few bottles of drinks and snacks make you feel welcome.

It’s always nice to meet the hosts and being introduced to the apartment personally what was the case here, thanks for that! Despite it’s central location the apartment is quite, big with a very comfortable bed! Actually it is better than how it looks on the pictures. The view and the big balcony is really great! Highly recommended.

Very quiet, comfortable stay. We had everything we needed in the place and it was walkable to the Old town and places we needed to go. Comfy bed and a nice balcony area.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and nicely decorated - you noticed that someone made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
