Spacious apartment with 3 separate bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom 1 has two single beds (90cm) that can be combined to one double bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (140 cm). Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90 cm). The living room has a couch that can be turned into a bed. This way up to 4 people can sleep in separate rooms. The apartment has fast WiFi internet. The kitchen offers a dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge, coffeemaker and everything you need.

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Vacation home on the farm

The apartment on our farm of life in Wendland has been expanded from an ecological point of view. The many clay walls ensure an incomparable indoor climate, the view from the window reaches to the horizon. Waddeweitz is located in the middle of the Wendland-Elbe Nature Park and is surrounded by a diverse, beautiful landscape. On the paddles, our horses, goats and sheep graze, which can be visited by appointment. The landscape invites you to (cycling)hiking and exploring.

Vacation home in the log cabin

Our cottage is located in the middle of the Wendland Rundling village of Guhreitzen-Clenze. Here we demolished the old "Kalthaus" and built a new vacation home in the same place. The special thing is that you can vacation directly in the historic Rundling. It is very tranquil, often you can have a nice "Klönschnack" with the Wendländer. Biking and walking are ideally possible around the place. The goats and ponies sometimes graze in the village square. A natural idyll!

In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

You can make campfires, go on bike rides or sit in the dormer and enjoy the unobstructed view over the garden and pastures. A beautiful lake can be reached by bike. Wi-Fi (about 23/7 MBits) and a washing machine are available as well as two private entrances. The sauna costs €10 for 2 hours, each additional hour €5.

The lovingly furnished apartment (approx. 70 square meters) is located on the upper floor of an old half-timbered house. The whole apartment was renovated in 2020 and furnished in a modern country house style. The location on the outskirts and the many windows allow a view of fields, forest and meadows and on clear nights you can admire a special starry sky here. A large, lovingly designed garden, outdoor seating and lockable storage for bicycles are available.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

During your stay with us, you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with a terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 hectare. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
