The houses are located at the back of a residential plot with a secluded patio. This provides space for 4 guests and both houses are included in the rental. Located in a quiet and scenic area with walking distance to several swimming areas, paddle tennis, kayaking, shopping and the city center with its restaurants as well as Kalmar Castle. The proximity to Öland is a stone's throw away.

Welcome to a cozy studio apartment. Get easy access to everything. 10-minute walk to the city center. There is a bunk bed with a 120 cm wide mattress in the lower bed and 90 cm wide in the upper bed. A sofa bed that is 140 cm wide is also available. Dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen accessories. Please see the pictures of what is available. - Bring your own bed linens and towels. - There is a possibility to rent bed linens and towels. Let me know in advance.

Cozy cottage by the sea

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.
