Small 19th century house in a soothing rural setting.

Idyllic house with a lot of feeling on our property. Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. 4 beds in a shared sleeping loft/upper floor, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 27 km to Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km to Mönsterås There are bed linens, towels, soaps and toilet paper. Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise a cleaning fee of 500 SEK will be charged. The whole house is for the guests and they are warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.

A fully equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, and a large, lovely patio. Wi-Fi, games and sports equipment are available.

Here you live in a quiet neighborhood with proximity to restaurants, pubs, attractions and also several swimming areas, all within a 2-10 minute walk. In summer, the bicycle ferry to Öland also runs right around the corner. The home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. You have access to a cozy courtyard, with a patio and access to a barbecue.
