Central and peaceful location. Spacious apartment on the 5th floor with sunny balcony. The tram stop is the 1st min walk from the apartment, which uses 12 min to Oslo s. Public transport to all of Oslo just nearby. Supermarkets and restaurants in the same street and around areas. Purchasing of brand new continental bed that will be replaced with the one in bedroom picture, the new bed comes in the apartment as of 29.04.25 (see photo in gallery) Possible with accommodation on the sofa bed in the living room.

There is a 15 minutes walk to the train that takes you out into the field in the winter. 15 min walk to Ullevål Hospital.
