Warm welcome to our cozy cottage in a semi-detached house (2023) with loft and electric car charger in beautiful Bruksvallarna. It can accommodate 7+2 guests. Unfortunately, pets are not welcome. The house is close to cross-country trails and mountain trails with a 5-10 minute walk to a grocery store (open 24/7), restaurant, sports shop and ski stadium. The house is very well-equipped with underfloor heating, 2 bedrooms, loft, 2 sofa groups, 2 bathrooms, sauna, 2 TVs, fireplace, drying cabinet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, WiFi (300 kbps), outdoor storage. Perfect for the slightly larger family or two smaller families who know each other well. Three bedrooms with 6 beds (of which 2 rooms have bunk beds). Kitchen, shower with toilet, guest WC and sauna. Generous balcony (10sqm) facing west. Walk about 100 meters to reach the piste, walk about 200 meters to the nearest cross-country tracks. Enjoy mountain hiking, fishing, biking trails in summer.

Bed linen, wifi and final cleaning are included in the rent. Parking at the property. Perfect location if you want to take the bus up to the mountains and have everything within walking distance. Easter is available only for booking Sunday-Sunday.

This 80 sqm apartment is less than 200 meters from the voice mountain lift and the cross country tracks goes outside the door. In summertime you take the bike to the bike trails directly from the apartment. 5-10 mins walk down to the village. Family beds in the two smaller bedrooms allow you to accommodate up to eight people. Spacious storage room for skis etc and a sauna is also available. Fully equipped. Bed linens and towels can be rented. If necessary, we can help with action on arrival, etc. Of course the dog can come along!
