We had such a lovely stay at Heloise's apartment. Not only was Heloise so sweet, she also accommodated us on very short notice. We can't thank her enough for being so kind, considerate, and going above and beyond for us. We felt right at home in the space, everything was exactly as pictured, and the rooftop views were fabulous. The entire space is clean, bight, and comfortable. The location is perfect if you are looking for calm and quite during the night, but the flat is also situated perfectly in relation to other areas of Paris. It's boarders Le Marias and is right by the 11th which gives a very local vibe. The apartment is one of our very favorite airbnbs we have stayed at and we would not hesitate to book the space on another trip to Paris. Thank you again Heloise for making our stay memorable. We really enjoyed our time in your beautiful space.

The apartment itself is clean, confortable and stunning! Exactly what you expect when go to Paris, at least for us. The balcony is a plus :) Two metro stations are nearby, so you can go anywhere. Also the building is located around restaurants, supermarkets and boulangerie. The self check-in works fine and Dominique was very kind to let us leave the baggages before the check-in time. We recommend definitely!

I had a great stay at Emmanuelle’s apartment! It’s comfortable and well equipped for a longer visit, and Emmanuelle left clear instructions for everything. The neighborhood is calm, groceries etc. are all close by, and there are nice cafes and restaurants in the area. Being close to Bois de Vincennes is also great for running/walking. The apartment is near two metro lines, which makes it easy to get around the city while staying in a neighborhood that doesn’t have a touristy feel at all. I’d recommend it!

Nalu est une hôte fort sympathique et prévenante. Elle est également riche de conseil. L'appartement est confortable, conforme à la description avec le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour touristique ou pour le travail. Je le recommande.

The Philippe’s place are perfectly located for those who are planning to attend some shows at Stade de France (which is in 12 min walk distance) or just getting tired from the busy city centre pretty fast. For us it took a 1h from Orly airport to the location by subway that I think is really great. As well to the city centre it’s around 30 min by direct train. A studio was fully equipped with everything what could be needed not just for a short stay, but for long as well. Pretty friendly neighbours and Philippe by himself. Always was ready to help or answer on a questions :) Definitely would stay there again!

Logement loué pour 4 jours/3 nuits pour 4 personnes pour un événement professionnel Porte de Versailles. Logement conforme aux photos. Les 3 chambres individuelles sont un plus entre collègues. Logement situé en demi sous-sol, donc il faisait frais dedans même avec 34 degrés dehors dans la journée. Terrasse agréable, et rue calme. Yohan et son équipe ont été très accueillants ainsi que réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous relouerons certainement ce logement pour un prochain salon s’il est disponible !

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Superbe séjour chez Éric. Le logement était parfait pour ce petit weekend en famille avec un jardin pour les enfants et une terrasse parfaite pour se détendre après les journées éreintantes de visites à Paris. compter entre 10 et 15 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre le métro. Très pratique. et Eric est vraiment sympathique. Merci beaucoup.

Estuvo excelente, es muy tranquila la zona, vecinos silenciosos. Al principio el edificio te da la impresión de abandonado pero dentro del departamento cambia todo. El departamento cuenta con las amenidades necesarias para la estancia. Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy felices. Linda nos recomendó un app del metro que fue súper útil, siempre llegamos al departamento excelente.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en área multicultural, restaurantes de comidas internacionales.El apto. encuentra muy cerca de terminales del metro, lo que hace muy fácil trasladarse por la ciudad . Vicent es extremadamente cordial y nos estaba esperando para darnos la bienvenida y ayudarnos con las maletas . También debo mencionar que el apto está completamente. By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend

Le logement était conforme à la description, bien équipé, bien situé. Les hôtes Ibrahim et Angelique se sont montrés très accommodants malgré un imprévu de notre part, je recommande à 100%.

Vincent a été très rapide à nous répondre et il nous a accommodé selon les heures de nos vols. Son logement était très propre et bien entretenu. Nous n’avons eu aucun problème au Airbnb sauf peut-être la machine à laver le linge qui aurait pu être accompagnée d’un petit guide d’instruction car ce n’est pas le même style dans d’autres pays. Merci encore Vincent, c’était super!
