We had a really good stay here and enjoyed it very much! We did some stretches on the roof top terrace during sunset, it was so beautiful that we had the terrace to ourselves! The apartment is perfect for two people and has an incredible location in Palermo!

Very good apartment in terms of value for money. It was very clean and tidy. Barbara was helpful and flexible with check-in. It had everything you need in the kitchen and also in the bedrooms, very comfortable. It is very close to Palermo. It has a nice view as it is on a 15th floor. It has well-functioning elevators. The only thing close to the garbage center so you can hear trucks unloading during the night. Highly recommended!

Location of house is really interesting and walkable to other interesting places. There are also so many cozy cafe and bar. While I was staying, I felt safe. It’s valuable to come back again.

We had a great stay! Apartment has a great location yet still is really silent. Whole place was spotless clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people. Everything was super clean and tidy. The location for what we went for was super. What if the price was a little high for what it is but since it was the recital of the lice, everything was in that value. We highly recommend it and would come back.

Very good accommodation, all working perfectly, all the utensils necessary for a good stay, plus groceries such as, soap, detergent, salt, sugar, coffee… Nina was excellent and helped us a lot.

The truth is that the apartment was spotless! Super comfortable, nice, clean and with good services. When I detected that there was no adapter for the plugs they fixed it quickly and smoothly. It is a location that I like a lot, on an avenue (safe and easy to get taxis and uber) but high and very quiet floor. Also very close to good restaurants, bars, and movida. It's easy to get around to other parts of the city. I highly recommend!

Two weeks here went like a breeze! The place felt like home from the first second. It does have some quirks you’ll need to learn to deal with, but nothing major that would make me not come back next time. The mix of silverware and cups and plates is a bit hectic, not enough of one and plenty different versions that don’t match. The bidet is a bit loose so it wiggles. The shower has a crack that is sharp on the bottom. The bathtub is tiny compare to American sizes. But these things are so small compared to the amenities this place has. Everything was as described. The building is beautiful with a modern entrance and two modern elevators. And don’t forget the FIBER INTERNET!! Rare for a Airbnb in Buenos Aires to have good internet since everyone tries to save pesos on just having the minimum, not here! I was able to feel like home! I will come back to this place in a heartbeat.

So perfect Apartment, accessibility and felicitas👍 It was great that I could walk to the main tourist attractions and they gave me detailed instructions on how to check in so I could easily get into the apartment. And thanks to the friendly felicitas🥰 I got some great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. If I ever come back to Buenos Aires, I would stay here again.

Stayed in this apartment for a month and loved my time here. Spacious balcony with a great view and a stunning 360 view of the city at the rooftop. Location is perfect. I had the opportunity to spend a long weekend in Buenos Aires and someone recommended the Palermo Hollywood area to me. I was fortunate to find Marcelo’s aparment. The apartment was exactly as it was described in the listing. The location was PERFECT in an area full of shops, bars, and restaurants, and walkable to the rest of Palermo Hollywood and also to Palermo Soho. Marcelo was so helpful and proactive in his communication which made the self-checkin process seamless. I look forward to going back!
