I'm so glad that pur 2.5 week trip through the Balkans (Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia and mainly Albania) ended at Luciano and Lorena's place in the unique ancient city of Berat. The house is beautiful and clean, with a mesmerising view. It's walking distance to everywhere. And most importantly - Luciano and Lorena were so friendly and welcoming and had such interesting life stories 😊 The food they cooked for us was DELICIOUS and I highly recommend it for dinner on the veranda. In short - EVERYTHING was perfect! Thank you for a wonderful closure of our trip and for recommending us to go to the Jewish Solomon Museum.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle entspannende Zeit in Enisas Unterkunft! Enisa und ihre Familie haben uns mit einer großen Herzlichkeit empfangen, und waren immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit, ob es um Restaurantempfehlungen oder die Fahrt zum Busbahnhof ging. Danke :-) Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet – geschmackvoll, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Man merkt sofort, dass hier jemand Herz und Stil rein gesteckt hat, und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an richtig zuhause gefühlt. Auch die Lage ist perfekt: in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber nur wenige Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. So konnten wir die Stadt wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden und hatten dennoch einen entspannten Rückzugsort. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Enisas Wohnung und können die Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen empfehlen!

Het verblijf kwam overeen met de beschrijving en was hartstikke schoon. Bij aankomst stond Lori op ons te wachten en de auto kon geparkeerd worden in hun garage. Klein beetje een steile weg naar boven, maar prima te doen. Het uitzicht was top, airco’s waren aanwezig en het was het geld absoluut waard. Lori is goed in de communicatie en uiterst vriendelijk!

Le couple est très accueillant et aux petits soins pour ses invités. La maison est très bien située, il y a une belle terrasse donnant un beau de vue sur la montagne. Rien à redire sur la propreté. Ça vaut le détour car vous pourrez manger un petit déjeuner traditionnel. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Nous avons logé dans la villa Kaceli pour visiter Berat pendant 3 nuits en famille. Le lieu est situé un petit peu à l'écart de la ville mais c'est très bien pour le calme et la facilité de se garer. La vue sur la montagne est magnifique depuis la terrasse. Le logement est refait à neuf avec goût et bien équipé, avec une bonne literie. L'hôte nous a très bien accueilli et était très gentille. Le petit déjeuner sur place était une très bonne surprise. En résumé nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la villa Kaceli et nous recommandons fortement cette adresse qui mérite d'être un Super Host !

Exceptional place and exceptional hosts. Everything was great, Room very clean like new . Very good wifi and TV, Refrig. in the room for refreshments. The host and his family were very welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect . Near everything . We would go back there again.

Kristos family family guesthouse is a beautiful villa with lovely family. they are all sweet and caring and the included breakfast is nice. They have warm water, even though it says they don't. It's a 30 minute walk to the old city, but it's a nice walk and we didn't mind. would totally recommend staying here! thanks Kristo!

Sami var en fantastisk vært! Og hans Guesthouse var skønt med perfekt beliggenhed i det gamle kvarter. Sami var super imødekommende og hjælpsom med både anbefalinger til spisesteder, attraktioner samt spørgsmål. Værelset var rigtig hyggeligt indrettet, badeværelset rent og havde forskelligt udstyr. Og så var der den skønneste altan hvor vi kunne nyde udsigten over byen.

Very nice hostel which has a common balcony with the nice view of Berat. *Location: It's located in the centre of Berat. Very easy to access all sightseeing spots. It is difficult to find the hostel if you follow Google map, so it's better to ask a host the easiest way to get there in advance. *Host: Host couple is very kind and warm :) *Breakfast: You must try the traditional home made fried bread with cheese and jam. It is very good. It costs €5 per person, not €4 though.

The room features two beds, one being a spacious double and the other a single. A wooden ceiling adds a warm texture, while a circular light fixture and artwork enhance the decor. A seating area with a black sofa is visible against the wall.

This is a wonderful house in the very center of the historical part of Berat. The owners are friendly, there is a whole garden around and figs, persimmons, peppers. There is only one caveat - breakfast. If you are used to breakfast in a complex, then there you will be prepared a lot of fatty oily rolls. This is their traditional breakfast. We didn't like breakfast

Warm, genuine, and welcoming, Luciano and Lorena are excellent hosts. It’s a beautiful home, with peaceful surroundings, great location. I didn’t get to meet Luciano but he was responsive always and Lorena ensured I was thoroughly and well taken care of during my stay, from arrival to departure. Breakfast provided was lovely, and Lorena is meticulous with details. They ensured I had the best possible stay and I highly recommend this gem of a home in Berat - it was my honour to be hosted by Luciano and Lorena, and I look forward to coming back!

Amazing stay, beautiful location, right in the center, a bit tucked away in alleyways but managed to find it without needing extra help. Room was spotless and corresponded to the images. Host was very kind.
