There are plenty of squirrels, deer & many species of birds. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises on the front deck. Or sit on the back porch & grill your fresh catch of the day. Less than 20 minutes to Paris or 10 minutes to Big Sandy! Over an acre of shaded yard to enjoy! Also a 20 foot wide by 20 foot deep carport that has 10 foot high legs with 13 feet at the apex. The carport has a motion sensor light and electrical outlet available as well. Plenty of parking and room to turn around!
