My space is good for couples, solo adventures, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends. The accommodation is a two-storey house where the second floor is available for booking. The space is cozy and of fine workmanship. The neighborhood is a quiet place, requested for being prosperous and good energy. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, electric oven, crockery, pans, cooktop, barbecue and skewers. The garage available for a car.

Located near the Center (2.4 km), the University of Caxias do Sul (1.5 km), Fenavinho (5 km), Vale dos Vinhedos (10 km), Caminhos de Pedra (7 km), restaurants, pharmacies and markets.
