A cosy little stockhouse_the archipelago of Vöyri

Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

Rauhallinen huoneisto keskustassa

Nauti elämän helppoudesta tässä rauhallisessa, keskeisellä paikalla sijaitsevassa huoneistossa. Tori, kahvilat, ravintolat ja kaupat 200 metrin säteellä. Rautatieasemalle 500 metriä ja linja-autoasemalle 800 metriä. Kuitenkin erittäin rauhallinen sisäpihan huoneisto puistonäköalalla. Huoneisto on juuri remontoitu, huonekalut ovat uusia ja materiaalit laadukkaita. Asumme ja työskentelemme keskustassa, joten apu on tarvittaessa lähellä. Maksuton pysäköinti on lähietäisyydellä.

A fresh and cosy guest house with a sauna, with a nice sea view, located in a bay in the archipelago of Maxmo ca ½ h drive from Vaasa. For 2 adults (not suitable for children, but small infants possible). It is very well equipped and located only 15 m from the shore line. Two older bikes available for our guests. Suitable for use all around the year (electrical floor heating and A/C). The hosts are availible most of the time, and speak English, Swedish and Finnish.

Välkommen till denna unika övervånings lägenhet med en central placering (3 km till centrum) med strandtomt. Lägenheten, som har en egen ingång, erbjuder bekväma och rymliga utrymmen inomhus, med badrum och kök som är utrustade för dina behov. Terrassen blir din egna privata oas med sjöutsikt, där du kan njuta av lugn och avkoppling sommartid. Det är möjligt att boka vår utebastu för en extra speciell upplevelse med ett uppfriskande bad/vinterbad.

Vindsvåning, 44 m2, med gammaldags charm i en trevlig och lugn omgivning nära centrum. Egen ingång. Gratis parkering på bakgården. Lägenheten består av 2 rum och kök samt badrum. I köket hittas all nödvändig utrustning samt tvättmaskin i badrummet. AC finns, vilket kommer väl till pass under varma sommardagar. Sängkläder tillhandahålls, men ni bäddar själv. Passar utmärkt för 1 – 4 personer (en sovplats är en bäddbar soffa)

Valoisa läpitalohuoneisto

Avara ja valoisa kerrostalokolmio upein näkymin yli vanhan kaupungin kattojen. Huoneisto on läpeensä remontoitu ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu. Asunto on kattavasti varusteltu, sieltä löytyy mm. tiskikone, kuivaava pesukone ja kahvikone. Kaupungin torille n. kilometri, samoin marketteihin ja vanhaan satamaan. Pururata, ulkokuntoilulaitteet ja frisbeerata sijaitsevat lähistöllä. Vieraiden käytössä myös kaksi polkupyörää.

Cosy apartment in two floors close to Pietarsaari

Cosy loft apartment, with two bedrooms downstairs and a kitchen, living room and bathroom on the second floor. You walk through bedroom one to reach the other. The apartment is close to nature, but still only 5 km from central Pietarsaari. The apartment is a side building next to our house. The large yard has a playground and is surrounded by fields and forests with hiking trails.

Lägenhet med egen parkering i centrala Jakobstad

Spacious 64 m2 apartment on the second floor in the centre of Pietarsaari. Grocery stores, restaurants and bars just a short walk away. A few steps from the house there is also Skolparken where there is a small playground for children and which is perfect for taking the dog for a walk. In the courtyard there is free private parking right outside the door. No lift in the house.

Cozy house in Nykarleby.

Cute house in the centre of Nykarleby. One bedroom with a 160cm bed, and a convertible sofa in the upstairs hallway. Fully equiped kitchen, and a big outdoor patio with grill and outdoor seating. A big sauna is located in the bathroom. The house is our private recidence, and we have our belongings in the house. The house is located 350m from a supermarket.
