Kitchen contains items like fridge, cook top(no range), coffee maker, kettle, microvave and toas in the kitchen. Bus stop is near the house (1min walk) 4 minutes drive to Parkland mall. There is grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Restaurant, Gym, ect in that area.

House is fully renovated and steep staircase to second floor may not be suitable for people with fear of heights (steepness) or people with disabilities or trouble accessing stairs (old farmhouse) House not suitable for infants or children under 12.

Tummel House is close to Asessippi Ski Hill, lakes, golfing, boating, fishing. You’ll love it because of its large size (4 bedrooms, 2 baths), the outdoors space (6 acres) & the peaceful feel of the property. Hunters & fishermen welcome. Fully equipped with furniture, bedding & linens and basically everything you need for your stay away from home.
