It was such a great experience. The place is just less than a 100 miters by the see. The style of the house is suitable to the fabulous experience; two big beds located in differed floors, up and down. Also I can’t forget how helpful Ms. Naila was; she would go out of her way and be always available for any questions or even advice on the small city. I will definitely comeback again✔️

Soraya's place was in the perfect location, I could walk to the beach, cafes and several restaurants. The place itself was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Soraya was a great host and was very flexible with check in and check out times which really helped with my flight times. This is a great little apartment in the middle of hammamet.

We spent 16 days in this home and honestly it was a great experience. The house was very clean, spacious, and nicely arranged, with a beautiful view and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet and classy, perfect for relaxing. Everything we needed was already there like a washing machine, air conditioner, and all the essentials. What we loved most was the privacy. You really feel like it’s your own space. The neighbors were super friendly too which made the atmosphere even nicer. Teddy, the host, is such a great person. He’s funny, welcoming, and made us feel at home from the first moment. And the price is probably the best you can find in this area considering the size and comfort of the house.

We had an excellent 12 days in Mehrez's apartment. Mehrez is a really warm person, attentive and very responsive when we needed him. I would recommend it without hesitation. For my part, I will be happy to go back soon. Thanks again for everything, Mehrez.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The helpful property manager lives across the street, and is always available. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Landlord responded very quickly to requests. We would book this place again.

We had a great time at Nahla's place! Check-in and check-out was quick and easy, with clear instructions provided. The house was clean, as described and looked like the photos. We loved the peaceful location and close to several strategic places for a good stay as a couple or family,the host has always been attentive and very responsive in addition to being a great character who must absolutely be known because very rich in moral value,the neighborhood was great, the nearby shops are up to all the purses,the beaches are beautiful and varied rocks and fine sand,I highly recommend Dar Fadhila seriously and we took a subscription for each of our holidays in these places.

Nice place and host available and flexible I recommend

We had two very nice weeks in this apartment which corresponds in every way to what was advertised and what we expected. The small terrace is very nice to read, chat, have a drink, all with the scent of jasmine, and the rest of the apartment is nice, well-equipped and functional. The residence is quiet, well maintained and secure. The proximity to the beach is an asset, as is the taxi stand right at the entrance of the residence, making it easy to get around Hammamet or Nabeul. A few nice restaurants are very close, which is always very nice. Hatem is a very friendly, responsive, and even proactive host. We will definitely come back and with great pleasure.

Fantastic apartment, great location, walking distance from all the amenities: shops, supermarket, restaurants, mosque, old media and the beach/sea. The apartment was in a quiet and very secure residence area in the heart of the tourist zone. It was well equipped with all essential items needed to enjoy our stay with an enormous terrace with sea views. The owner was friendly and helpful. We are hopeful to return again in the future as we loved our stay.
