This place is just the perfect booking for your baguio staycation. Genalyn is such an accomodating and generous host. The house has this amazing view from the living area that will make your stay extra special. The unit is equipped with everything you’ll need to cook your own food. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and serene. Since there was no guest after my booking, they even allowed me to stay as much as i needed to. Mark, the caretaker, is a smart young guy who will make you feel more at home. If you’re still hesitating to book, this is simply the place. Look no further!

Super happy with our stay for 3 days @ Sir Gab’s place. Ang linis ng unit and mga bago and quality yung mga gamit and furniture. Ang ganda din na may dalawanh balcony nakaka relax. Spacious yung mga rooms and yung kitchen. Complete yung mga gamit for cooking and even the things na pang linis. Fast din mag reply sila sir gab sa mga concerns ko and mabit sila may pa welcome snack pa. In terms of location malapit lang din sila sa sm and burnham and may mga resto sa baba ng building. I would recommend this Airbnb. Thanks again!

Condo 604 is immaculately clean with modern amenities for comfortable, relaxed atmosphere and healthy living-exercise area, swimming pool, pine trees. It is very near Baguio city proper and easily accessible by public transportation- Philippine jeepney and taxis. Is is walking distance to banks, groceries, bars and restaurants. The location is in a wooded area of Baguio, although there is construction nearby. The hosts are friendly, helpful and professional. Will definitely mention to American and Canadian relatives and friends visiting Baguio to check out the place.

Mitch was very responsive and friendly all throughout our staycation. The place is legit and well maintained. The location is great because it's just beside SM Marilao and a good place to stay when you have to attend a concert in Philippine Arena or Philippine Sports Stadium. I love the fact that they have an available drinking water (w/ dispenser, hot & cold) for their guests and self-check in was very easy (and secure)! Internet connection is also fast and reliable. Parking slot is also available (with a 300 PHP fee) and very convenient. Overall, Mitch's unit is worth every penny based on the aforementioned feedback. Her friendliness over chat is a plus!
