Gemütliche Ein-Zimmer-Küche-Bad Wohnung. Im Schlaf - Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großzügiger Schreibtisch, ein Einzelbett, ein weiteres Beistellbett kann für 5,-€ die Nacht hinzugebucht werden. Ein TV und Ohrensessel sind auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und 2 Herdplatten ausgestattet. Tassen, Geschirr, etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden, außerdem ein kleiner Esstisch und zwei Stühle. Im Bad mit Fenster ist ein WC, Waschbecken und eine Badewanne. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es vor der Wohnung. Doe Schlüsselübergabe findet an der Wohnung statt. Zu Fuß ist die WHU in knapp 10 Minueten und der Stadtkern in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus befindet sich ca 50 Meter vom Rheinsteig und von Schönstadt entfernt.

Waschmaschine und Trockner können nach Absprache genutzt werden.

Die Lage war sehr nahe bei Koblenz und Andernach (und bestimmt auch andere) . Wir waren 3 Nächte da und werden jederzeit wieder dort einchecken. Die Wohnung war so wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es war alles vorhanden was nur vorhanden sein musste. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gab selbst eine Minibar und Knabberzeug für eine geringes Geld. Wir können diesen Anbieter und diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Een gezellig, proper appartementje voor ons twee met een klein grasperkje voor ons hondje. Fijn dat we haar niet telkens op straat moesten uitlaten. Een ruime keuken met de nodige voorzieningen, handig zou een microgolf kunnen zijn om eten op te warmen. Ook slaap- en badkamer waren gezellig en ruim voorzien van handdoeken. Bijzonder leuk was dat we op wandelafstand het bos in konden wandelen en een grote tocht maken. We hebben af en toe Jessica gezien maar vonden het jammer dat we geen afscheid konden nemen, de vrijdagmorgen op het uur van vertrek. Maar we denken met heel veel tevredenheid terug aan ons verblijf in Sayn. Dank je wel!

I had a great stay in selim place, he is so helpful , he helped me with my luggage take it up to the apartment which is in 3 floor with no lift and also he was so flexible with the check out time and came to get my luggage down ,, the apartment super clean, the bed is so comfortable ,, the shower is super ,, wonderful view, felt like home, the tv with English Channel and sports channel,, the supermarket just 10 minutes away by walking,, the river just cross the road,, the city center just 30 minutes by walking ,, very quiet and safe area,, recommend to everyone
