Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

"Clean, quiet, and perfectly located. we were doing a work from home and the hotel had everything I needed—strong Wi-Fi, comfortable desk setup, The room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. The best part is their kitchen it has equipped with all the things required to stay in a home. Housekeeping was on point. The staff was professional and helpful. The host James was very nice person he was so helpful in suggesting about the places and what to do their, totally Highly recommend for all type of trips. you can go with family, friends and do WFH. felt like HOME...

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

This is a villa inside a gated community. the place was quaint, clean and spacious. there was a fully functional kitchen, clean washrooms and useful amenities. the linen was clean, towels and toiletries were available. the checkin was easy. we didn't get to use the pool as time was short. there is a very good restaurant (The cargo) nearby within the locality where they seve nice breakfast. there's also a bar (sogo), which we didn't try out. the host suggested a place to rent a self drive car which made our entire trip easy. if you have a car or two wheeler exploring south goa easy. overall would definitely recommend the place to anyone who want to explore south goa.

Oma Koti is nestled in the village of Majorda and is probably the best get away from bustling lives. What I loved the most about the place is that: 1. The villa has its own essence. It is carefully curated, and has the perfect blend of nature and art. It's is very much soothing and comforting. 🤍 2. Zak, the host is a gentleman and makes you feel safe and like a home. He adds warmth to that place. He genuinely takes efforts to make sure that guests enjoy the stay. ☺️ Overall, our experience at Oma koti was very pleasant and we definitely look forward to being Zak's guest again in future. 😁 PS: Place has a bonus point for dog lovers. All the dogs are well trained and very friendly.🐶💕

We rented this beautiful villa in Goa Velha for a bachelorette party. The property was spacious and well-maintained. The highlight was the private pool, which became the centerpiece of our celebrations—it was clean, inviting, and surrounded by lush greenery that added a tropical vibe. We even used the pool until 4 am with no issues. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, from the kitchen to comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor seating area was ideal for relaxing evening. The host, Mayur was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the caretaker Manju for making several trips to accommodate our requests. The location was peaceful and private, something we were looking for. This villa truly made the bachelorette fun and unforgettable. Highly recommend it for anyone planning a group getaway in Goa!

Very good place with all the amenities and a pool, having a big terrace. good restaurants near by. surrounding area is good. Anupama Ji is very welcoming and very helpful. She helps us arranging a cab, there was a need for a doctor appointment. she guided us and even come with us to clinic and waited. extremely helpful. I am very thankful to her. I will definitely recommend the place.

We just had a stay for a night. I place was nice and had all the amenities that was mentioned. Every room has an AC, Fan and TV. The house was clean and beautiful. The host and staffs are very helpful. I had left a valuable item and rememberd after boring my flight but the manager of the property managed to courier it to me. This place is highly recommend.

I stayed here just for a night, definitely felt like home. Compact house but very clean! It has a great view of the backwaters, a spacious balcony with sitting setup. Overall it was very peaceful and comfortable. The host was very kind to allow my family for a quick freshen up in the morning before I checked out. I highly recommend this place for a group of 1 to 3 people!

It was an amazing stay. We stayed for 7 days, and the stay was really comfortable. There are few shops nearby so you can get basic stuff you want from there. Also, no problem ordering food and stuff through online apps. It felt as if we were at home. The host herself is great. She responses to your msgs on time and always helpful if you need anything. Our stay at Oscar Ji’s place was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the pristine pool, which was clearly well-maintained and refreshing. Oscar Ji himself was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. When we encountered a minor issue with the AC not cooling properly, he promptly arranged for a technician to come and resolve the problem. Within just two hours, the AC was back to working perfectly. Overall, our experience was delightful, and we would definitely choose to stay at Oscar Ji’s place again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent service!

A cute little 1 BHK with everything you need. Brownie points for all the decoration. Located near colva beach and one could take a bike/ car to go to the nearby beaches easily.

Hasstle free stay. Clean and calm property. Not too far from Dabolim Airport. Well furnished and had all needed amenities. Local shops nearby and Swiggy Zomato delivers right to the doorstep. Complete value for money.

It was an amazing experience. Abhinav is a stand out host always concerned & prompt on his part. The place was peaceful & offered a decent river view. Only some constructions are underway in front which may in future obstruct the frontal view a little. Overall it was a great stay & a perfect place for holidays & spend your leisure.
