Bedrooms All are furnished with a double bed, dressing table, mirror,stool and Wardrobes. Two bedrooms have French windows leading onto the balcony with chairs and coffee table. One bedroom is adjacent to the roof top terrace garden. Kitchen The kitchen dining area is open plan having dining table and chairs, large fridge freezer, oven grill, 4 ring gas cooking hob, electric kettle, and comes fully equipped. Roof Top Garden 2 sun lounges, Table and chairs and Water fountain. Great views of palm trees and in the distance the Western Ghats. The covered part of terrace has ceiling fan, three piece teakwood sofa set and chairs, coffee table, and cupboard with sink unit, washing machine. The Benaulim beach is 15-17 minutes walk from the penthouse. On the way to the beach there are Shops, ATM, Bank, Bar Restaurants, German Bakery, Taxis, Bike Hire and Super market.

Our place is 500 meters walk from Varca Beach, next to Club Mahindra Varca , close to the Varca Church and the city center. Our home is a very peaceful and new apartment tastefully furnished with vintage wood furniture with great views of green fields (hence the name Vista Verde). We have additionally provided a microwave, toaster and electric kettle. The complex is aesthetically designed with a regular size swimming pool but closed now , landscaped gardens, 24 hours security and maintenance.
