This farmhouse fully renovated in a contemporary style will seduce you with its impressive volumes and original furnishings. 230 m2, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, home theater, terrace, courtyard. Located in Domptail, a small village in "Les Vosges" in the heart of the Lorraine region. Quiet and relaxing place in the countryside. Closed to tourist places such as the Baccarat crystal factory, Luneville and its castle, Gerardmer and its lake, Saint-Die, Epinal or Nancy. Marie and Gabrielle, your hosts, are from the village and will be happy to advise you on things to do in the area. I bought a farmhouse in 2007 to turn it into a vacation rental house. After 3 years of renovation work it finally came together and the result is better than I ever dreamed of. I'm very proud of myself for this accomplishement. I would be very happy to welcome you in the house and I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time. Price shown is for the whole house per night or per week for up to six people. Minimum stay is 7 nights, arrival and departure on Saturdays only. Electricity will be charged separately based on consumption. Tourist tax 0.80€/day/adult. We had a great time all around, lots of peace and privacy in a location on the outskirts, right by the forest. From there, we could start a nice hike directly to a great lake. The amenities were good, the house very clean. As suggestions, we would like to pass on that a few hooks in the house for hanging clothes, etc. would be good, and that we would have welcomed seat cushions and especially a parasol on the terrace in the heat. But that didn't diminish the very positive overall impression. Our weekend was beautiful and unforgettable. Thank you for the great ambiance and the privacy given to us.

We were with a family of friends (in total we were 8 people - 4 adults and 4 children between 10-13 years) at Dominique's. The house is simply fabulous. Despite mixed weather, the house alone offers dozens of opportunities to keep busy. There is a barn with table tennis tables, a foosball table and plenty of space. The property is huge and offers many opportunities for children to play sports in addition to a private soccer and volleyball court. The rooms are super clean and very nicely decorated. There is everything you need. We'd love to come back and highly recommend.

We most enjoyed the cottage. It was spotless, very tasteful, comfortabel, with great beds and a perfect bathroom. The porch was fantastic on sunny days, in particular with the lounge chairs and the bbq. The greatest feature was the jaccuzi room, very nice in particular on a rainy day. The area is great for long walks- be it that it takes a drive and for lovely villages, within an hour’s drive. We recommend it. Many thanks!
