Modern apartment overlooking the mountains right in the center. The apartment is freshly renovated, situated on the 10th floor (with an elevator), which guarantees peace and at the same time a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains. The apartment is perfect for a couple, family and a smaller group of people. Located right in the city center - everything you need is at your fingertips – shops, cafes, restaurants. Come visit the most beautiful region in Slovakia - Liptov. We welcome you to stay in our beautiful house, which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and living room. There’s a wood burning fireplace in the living room. Kids will certainly enjoy playing with many toys and board games or XBOX ONE. The property is fenced in so kids can run around while you enjoy outdoor fireplace or barbecue. As the house is in a residential area, you may notice some street noise.

The view of the mountains "enters" the living room:) You can park your car on the property. The sauna and fireplace are free ,the 2x jacuzzi ( wood hot tub) paid extra. You can reach Gubałówka on foot(1 hour) and go by ropeway to Krupówki (4 minutes). Surroundings: hiking and cycling routes, ski slops!
