We enjoyed the accommodation very much and sorry we only stayed two nights. A hot tub, a sauna, and a beer with a beer crushed were top notch. We were very warmly welcomed by Ivana and her family and felt comfortable right away after the long drive. Everyone speaks perfect English and gave us many explanations and tips right away. A homemade marble cake also delighted our hearts. We enjoyed the garden, the house and the view of the mountains of the "Velka Fatra" very much. The house is situated in the village of Blatnica in a side street. A good restaurant in Hotel Gader is within walking distance. A supermarket is 600 m away. The entrance to the national park is about 1 km away and offers some beautiful hiking trails. The water in the mountain streams is good for drinking and very delicious. A mini swimming area in Blatnica is available. But you should be hardened to dive in there briefly. Within an hour's drive, there are several cities to explore. The castle tour in Bojnice is a must. We recovered very well in 3 weeks.

Getting to Natasja’s house was not easy with Waze using the provided address, we ended up twice in the middle of the forest at completely different places. After getting lost in the dark forest, Natasja advised to use Google Maps and we were on track, the house’s name and location is shown correctly there. We arrived at night and the place was warm, the fireplace in the living room and iron stove in the bedroom was fired up, giving the perfect country feeling. We loved that we could take our cat and dog with us. The place is a cozy authentic farmhouse, perfect base for day hikes in the region and to relax in the evening.
