Apartment vacation rentals in Bellegarde-sur-Valserine

We met with friends who live in Valserhone for a week and stayed at this apartment. Our one year old grandchild and her parents were with us and the apartment was wonderful for all of us. There were many children's books and toys. Across from the Gare, it was easy to take the train to Geneva. Parking at the door was great. Valserhone is a small town that is not touristy but with our friends we found fine food, great hikes, a Swiss winery and the local cheese factory. We enjoyed eight days here.

Renata is honestly the most wonderful host we have had on Airbnb. Incredible communication and fantastic tips. The accommodation itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated with a lot of little attentions. Surroundings are incredible too. Little gem with wonderful hosts, a short ride away from Geneva, and in the lovely town of Nyon. A must ! We will be back for sure.

Our stay went very well, on our arrival, the owner came to greet us, a bowl of water for our dogs had been put out, there was also a cushion for them and toys, it was very nice. Small touches had been provided (tea, coffee, small cake for us and treats and waste bag). The accommodation is very well located for beautiful hikes in the Jura

Perfect stay, Samuel is a very responsive and flexible host, despite my setbacks he was able to make himself available and take the time to explain how the devices work. The apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean and very functional, all good not to mention the small touches (fruit juice, cupcakes, etc.). We absolutely loved Anna & Pierre's place, it was such a treat waking up to that view every morning and it was even better than the photos. Anna gave us loads of recommendations before we arrived and check in / check out was seamless. The area was so peaceful and we had a great night's sleep as the curtains made it very dark at night. We hired a car and drove around the lake, which was a particular highlight. Can't recommend this place enough!! Hope to be back one day :)

Walking into Catherine’s apartment was such a treat. It is an oasis of style and elegance. The bonus is that it is a supremely comfortable and well set up apartment in a brilliant location for exploring Annecy. A perfect combination. It’s a truly special place and I feel so fortunate to have stayed there.

Place was very nice clean and had everything we needed, it had a good view from the 3rd floor. It had a very good bakery about 100mtrs up the road.

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.

A beautiful experience, a responsive and accommodating hotel, comfortable and peaceful accommodation... everything you need for a pleasant stay in this beautiful corner of France. The location of the accommodation was ideal for getting to the starting point of the Annecy trail. I highly recommend this place!

This apartment was perfect! Surrounded by great restaurants and in close proximity to the main train station so moving around was a breeze!

Well located cottage, in a beautiful setting, quiet and not far from the beautiful walks in the area such as the Hérisson waterfalls and the 4 lakes. The jacuzzi when you get back from hiking is lovely, We'll be back:)
