Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bellbrae

Loved our stay at Barwon Heads. The house was clean and the beds were super comfy. A well appointed kitchen made self catering easy when we didn't want to brave the Easter crowds. Fabulous location close to the river and our dog Baxter loved the back yard with plenty of space to sniff and play.

Wonderful stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Perfect for large family groups, plenty of space to come together and separate for quiet time. We had 3 young children and they made good use out of the upstairs living space (“playroom”) and trampoline. The pool once we got it sorted was the perfect temperature. Rooms were very clean and very spacious. Great kitchen and welll stocked with cleaning products as was the laundry. Check in/out was easy and Anna was friendly and a very responsive host.

This property is absolutely stunning! I have already linked it to all my family members and I think this place may be a family tradition soon! It’s so spacious, so many nice details and great for families! Will definitely be back again.

Loved our stay at Andrews place! The house is in a great location, and is a walking distance to the main parts of Rye. The house itself is clean and well equipped with everything you need, and the mountain views really uplift the experience of sitting on the deck, particularly in the mornings as you catch a beautiful sunrise. Andrew himself is an excellent host, and was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

Rod’s place was easy to find and located close to shops and the beach. It had a beautiful sunset view and lots of seating to enjoy on the verandah. There was lots of space for our family in the house with 2 living spaces. The house was decorated with Rod’s passion for music. The kitchen was well equipped with more appliances than a usual Airbnb. The pantry was also well stocked with plenty of extras. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside as well. There were also lots of tv screens every where enough for everyone to choose what they wanted to watch. Board games provided entertainment for our little ones. Lots of wood provided for a lovely fireplace in the colder months. Thank you for having our family.

We (2 couples) had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The place was comfortable- plenty of places to sit and relax, both inside and outside, and it was well-equipped. The location was perfect - close to Woolies, local shops and cafes. It was also a short drive to the wineries, which suited us as we had a family wedding at one of them. Ashleigh was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. She also kindly extended our stay, which meant we could enjoy a nice sleep in after the wedding celebrations. We will definitely be back again!

Our stay was wonderful, perfect location and a tram stop almost right out the front allowed us easy access to city centre. As we were visiting a friend in the area we hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Werner and Karys home was very beautiful. Best home to live in Geelong which is close to Market and city centre.The view outside the balcony was amazing.The house is mix of old and latest technology and they are very thoughtful and have provided all the items which you can think of on your holiday trip. Thankyou so much for sharing your home with us and will surely book you again when we book our next trip for Geelong.

Annas apartment was a real pleasure to stay in. The location couldn’t be better, near trams, trains, cafes, bars and restaurants. Anna was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. Her apartment was very clean. It had all the things you need when you arrive such as condiments, milk and tea and coffee. This was my second stay in her apartment and it the first place I try to book when I come to Melbourne.

I don't normally leave reviews but this was one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in so I feel it deserves one. It's a beautiful, sunlit apartment. Being a corner apartment it gets sun on two sides. The plant life makes it feel very homely. You can tell someone lives here and it's not just bought to rent out. Even the lighting has been thought through. Everything in the apartment worked which was a big plus and all of the appliances are modern and function well.

Jeff & Melinda’s apartment was one of the best we’ve stayed at in Melbourne. They were very proactive with their communication, the apartment was clean, beautifully styled and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They even included a few extras, such as a bottle of wine and some chocolates for the kids! Our children loved the addition of a few games and of course the swimming pool and spa was a highlight. The view from the apartment is brilliant and the trams just outside make travelling around easy. We’ll definitely be back!

Maree provides a seamless checkin and exit process. Unit was spotless and fully equipped, instructions were clear and thorough. Location is excellent! Couple of minutes walk to the water and restaurants. Super handy to get to and from Avalon airport. Couch and bed very comfortable. Really liked the flexible layout of the living space! Perfect for what we needed, a base to stay while we attended a wedding and visited friends. Price is very reasonable and comparable to hotel rates but with the added bonus of having the entire place to yourself! Would certainly stay here again when we next visit Geelong. Upon checking in by chance I met Leanne in the apartment complex. We had a chat about St Leonard’s & the surrounding areas, which was invaluable. The apartment was perfect with a wonderful outlook to the water & very comfortable outdoor furniture. All areas inside the apartment were as described not one fault found. Looking forward to a return trip in the future

Hayley was a great host. Communication was clear and instructions easy to follow. We requested an early check in which was no problem. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of natural light. Lots of little extras, a lovely selection of fresh fruit, bread and snacks. Great location, directly opposite the beach and easy access to transport. Hayley also provided Myki cards which came in very handy. Definitely recommend Hayley’s place and we will stay again next time we require accommodation in the area.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

We had a great time during our stay. The place was in a great location, quiet street right near the beach and very close to koalas which was a nice bonus. Very convenient spot to explore the Otway National Park. Andy and Elpis where very responsive hosts and the house was clean, comfortable and had everything you could need. I would highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful! The unit was immaculate upon our arrival, it was a warm day & it was so nice to walk in to find the balcony doors open providing airflow 😀 We loved the location, easy walk to restaurants and the esplanade, & the views from the balcony were a highlight! It was a very relaxing weekend and we would highly recommend Julie’s place. Put simply, it truly is a home away from home ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay at Claire’s beautiful home! We were absolutely blown away by the property and the cleanliness of everything inside! Beds were comfy, cozy and we all slept like babies! Location is perfect and the kids absolutely loved staying here! There was not one thing that was missing that we needed so it felt just like home! Claire was an absolute delight to communicate with and we can’t wait to return!
