Great host, we had a great time. Debora is very kind and very helpful, even with the flexibility of check-in times.

The apartment is as described in the listing. It is very lovingly and cozily furnished. As a welcome, there was an Easter cake baked by Giulia's mother on the table. The reception was warm, the check-in completely hassle-free and straightforward. The same applies to checkout. I can fully recommend this apartment. Giulia and her mother Giovanna are very helpful and nice. The apartment is a good starting point for activities in San Marino. You will also find restaurants and a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Thumbs up for everything and thank you for your warmth.

very nice place with lots of space, loved the terrace and the location is very central but still very quiet. enrico bought us wine and pasta and was very friendly. 10/10 would stay there again

Everything is perfect - from check-in to the location and cleanliness of the property. A great structure surrounded by greenery, just 10 minutes from the sea. Carlo and Novella are very kind hosts, with whom they can have great conversations! Thank you so much for the local tips, too. Breakfast is great too! Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Daniele’s accommodation. Well situated for exploring Urbino and the surrounding areas. It is on a main road but you have no noise as the property is set back behind another . Check in and arrival information very easy and clear. We had booked all three bedrooms of the B&B so had the place entirely to ourselves. It’s incredibly clean, modern and very comfortable. Be aware there is no lounge/sitting area but there is a large dining table to sit around off the kitchen. This is a B&B so there are no formal cooking facilities - but fridge/coffee machine/ microwave available in the modern kitchen. Breakfast is extensive and generous. Daniele and his family are all very friendly and welcoming - and happy to provide information about the area. Would absolutely recommend a stay here.

lovely place with 3 bedrooms and room for 7 in total. large apartment overall and plenty space in kitchen lovely views, quiet location and perfect placed for Misano circuit. only downsides are the electric plugs are some old design, and modern adapters didn't work, lucky the owner had installed a couple weeks could use great stay, lovely restaurants nearby by car, nothing is walkable

It was just perfect!Morciano is a small place with very dear people :) all necessary shops are nearby and are within walking distance. The accommodation itself is much nicer than in the pictures!Everything so lovingly decorated!In the kitchen you have all the need, even coffee, sugar, salt and tea. What is still totally sweet is that the host even provides croissants, jam and cookies as well as two water bottles. In the bathroom you will also find everything you need, the towels are changed regularly. As far as Paolo is concerned, very great!For any concern, you can contact him immediately and also get an answer immediately!Great recommendations from him regarding restaurants and beach(10 minutes by car in Cattolica). In between Paolo brought us delicious figs to try and a farewell gift with local treats on departure!Paolo, thank you so much for the great stay & your warmth :)we will come back!

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

Silvia is always easily accessible, answers questions and also comes by if you need help. The apartment is nicely furnished, everything tastefully coordinated. The whole apartment complex is well maintained and the apartment is quiet. We had nothing to complain about

Chiara’s apartment is beautiful. More spacious than the pictures suggest, and with a great location over the market, a block from the piazza, and only a 5 minute walk to the sea, it is the perfect place to stay in Le Marche’s most charming seaside town. The seafood markets downstairs offer incredible foods that are among the best in the region, but the smell of fish does not infest the apartment in any way. Chiara is a kind, knowledgeable, and gracious host who treated us less like clients, and more like old friends. We will stay here again when we are next in Fano. 😍

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

Nicoletta was very welcoming and accommodating. She was always responsive and proactive and made me feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast items and the bedroom was nice and cosy. Her place is about a thirty minute walk from the beach which you can get to by walking through the lovely Parco Fabbri and just a five minute walk from the house is Parco Giovanni Paolo II, which is a peaceful place to take a stroll by the lake. I will definitely be hoping to book the place again the next time I am in Rimini!

The locations is beautiful, peaceful and scenic. The accommodation matched the description and was very comfortable. Having access to a washing machine and dryer was very welcome. The staff were lovely and it was great to be able to get breakfast as part of the arrangement or relax with a cool drink in the afternoon .

Letizia is a very accommodating host. Your accommodation is located in an idyllic property, is spacious and lovingly furnished. A private parking space right in front of the entrance was also available to me, as well as a remote control for the electronic roller door. Thanks to the extensive amenities, I lacked nothing and I felt very comfortable right away. Letizia's warm welcome consisted of providing me with a freshly baked traditional "Ciambella" cake. A nice gesture that I really appreciate! Heartfelt thanks and best wishes!

The beach is just across the road, it's simply not too convenient, there is a lot of common space, the room arrangement is reasonable and comfortable, and it's worth coming back!

We were guests at La Casetta B&B and had a fantastic experience! The owner, Elisa was really welcoming and hospitable. The room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The personalized treatment and attention to detail made our stay even more special.

Massimiliano and Carmen welcomed us with the utmost availability and a lot of sympathy. Excellent advice on where to go and where to eat. Superlative cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. Super breakfast, fresh products, sweet and savory, prepared by Carmen. Quiet and peaceful area, but strategically located for visiting the attractions of the area, such as Gradara, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Pesaro and Urbino. I definitely recommend this property run by people who care about guests.

Great experience, starting with the communication that was clear and with quick feedback. Antonella was very helpful and flexible in the face of our travel uncertainties. Kindness and friendliness made the experience pleasant, the room and bathroom match the description and were very clean. And the breakfast with homemade cakes is great! Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. We had a pleasant stay at Lucas'. Everything was perfect. A carefully maintained residence, perfectly clean. The room is very well insulated from noise, comfortable bedding. Breakfast is very hearty with fresh, quality products. As for Lucas, he is attentive to his customers, accommodating and very pleasant. We highly recommend this property.

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

Excellent hosting by Gabriella and her husband. Available and she is full of recommendations; I highly recommend staying with Gabriella, an extremely pleasant and very caring person. The house and its beautifully green terrace are extremely pleasant and quiet.
