Family-friendly vacation rentals in Belknap County

My family booked this place because it was close to Gunstock. With plenty of room for the entire family and cozy living area, it had everything we needed. Mohammed was very attentive to any questions we had, and the place had everything we needed and more. The only recommendation I have is to clean more of the snow from the back deck. We had trouble accessing the grill.

We had a great time. Location and house were perfect for a family gathering (7 adults, 2 kids, 3 dogs), plenty of room, lots of games to play, very clean. Don was very responsive and a great host.

We arrived to find an issue but we reached out to Sheri and she responded immediately and took care of it. We were extremely pleased with her customer service. We were in the area for a concert. Location was fabulous - 6 miles from the concert venue parking lot. Condo had everything we needed. Got a great night’s sleep. The view is amazing. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it if you are heading to a concert at BNH Pavilion.

This was such a lovely home! The first thing we noticed was how good it smelled; like wood. The whole home is wood, and there were no diffusers or toxic plug-ins which we appreciated. We stayed on the first floor with plenty of space for our 11 month old son to practice taking his first steps! The kitchen has what you need for basic cooking, but some of the pans were scratched and need to be replaced. There was everything I needed to make my weekly cup of coffee, and plenty of good reading materials/books which was a nice perk. The one bed we used was great (I like a medium firm mattress) and the sheets were clean and crisp. I had to troubleshoot the TV remote a couple times but it was no hassle; instructions were given in a binder along with check out duties. It rained all weekend so we did not get to use the grill or firepit outside, but it was still a peaceful and blessed weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

This studio is gorgeous! the view of the lake and mountains from the unit is absolutely stunning. There are two really comfortable beds and a nice modern kitchen with plenty of appliances. Funspot is a 2 minute drive away and the diners and restaurants in the area were all phenomenal! We personally loved Ensō, a Japanese restaurant and both George's diner and Union diner were amazing. Also Axe and Ale Taphouse was super fun and reasonably priced. I would love to stay here again and am even interested in renting or owning a unit in the building.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

We stayed here with our family for our wedding at castle in the clouds and this was the PERFECT location to get ready and relax before and after the wedding. It’s gorgeous, spacious, and Tamara is an absolutely lovely host and helpful when we had any questions. We booked the house across the street from her too for the wedding party and it was so nice to have a quiet family complex!

Bob’s place is lovely and a perfect spot for a trip to Wolfeboro. Overlooking the lake, the unit was wonderfully situated. It was comfortable, immaculate, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Bob was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

We had an amazing week at Steve's place. The cove is spectacular and it's a great place to unwind and connect with nature. We were even treated to the birth of two loonlettes during our stay! Steve is very responsive and kind. We will definitely head back again.

I’m in love with this place! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Love the deck overseeing the hills and the fireplace that kept us cozy indoors! The place was pristine!! The cows alone are worth the trip. Good for a group of friends or a family trying to have a relaxing weekend! No regrets!!

Another lovely stay at Vicki’s place. As always she was very accommodating and went out of her way to leave fresh fruit , fresh flowers and even offered an early check in because bad weather was coming. A wonderful host!

This place was Great! Salvatore was a great host that had no problem accommodating our group early. We actually had a different rental in the same neighborhood and had a plumbing issue immediately after check in and we had to find another place or go home. Salvatore responded within minutes and got us booked and we were able to get into the house 15 minutes later. Property was as described, very homey feeling and comfortable. Great open layout, kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were comfortable. No crazy rules or cleaning requirements at the end of the weekend like other places we have stayed. Would definitely purely rent again.

My family and I had a great time staying at Dixie's place. It had nice access to the Weirs and our daughter loved the pool and small playground onsite. The location was right in the middle of things with lots of close attractions.

the address had the wrong number but Alex puck up when I called. He was very very responsive. The condo was very clean and neat. Just like the pictures. Very close to everything. I would recommend.

Place is clean and in a good location right near the lake. Easy walking distance to Weirs beach and easy drive over to Meredith.

The dwelling is well-designed, very comfortable and convenient with many outdoor activities close by. We spent time with our grandchildren at the pool and beach with trampoline float, a special delight. This is the best place we have found after trying many.

This is the second year that my group of friends has booked this location. If you are looking for a perfect vacation spot for you and 15 other friends or family, you honestly can’t do any better. Everyone has a bed, and there are plenty of bathrooms to go around. We cook all of our meals in, and having two fridges and kitchen with all of the pots and pans you need made it really easy. The house is rustic, so welcoming, and full of charm. We loved having space inside for board games, crafts and big family style meals. The back patio and pool have a great view and is a spectacular spot to watch the sunset.
