Excellent host who always answers your messages even if it's the smallest little question. Beautiful unit huge with its own bedroom with two beds in it and a separate living room. Absolutely a place you'll want to stay if you come to the area.

Gorgeous beach area! Very nice place to stay and very clean. Quick walk to concert venue and other attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice place to stay for the weekend. We were looking for something close to Weirs Beach and it was just up the hill. We had a little trouble getting in when we first arrived as the instructions were a little confusing, but a quick text on Airbnb resulted in a quick response that got us inside. Otherwise was a good place to stay.

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Love that there were plenty of towels and face cloths. The view of the lake was beautiful and the grounds were also beautiful. We had a wonderful time.

Great location and amenities!

Super clean floor apartment. Ceiling fans in bedrooms, air conditioner works to cool the whole apartment. Neat little bar area and everything is there for you. Even some food basics for you to use. Every possible kitchen utensils and pans for you to cook in. Super comfortable beds, lots of pillows and blankets. Terrific little diner across the street and one block from Mill Falls. Wonderful staff, and so clean that I would have moved in! We loved it and I recommend to anyone staying in town to stay here and enjoy.

I saw all the reviews on the stairs, but the stairs aren't so bad and well maintained during the snowy/icy winter. the place was exactly as described, very clean and we will be staying again!

We had an absolute wonderful week at Tessa & Maria’s place! What a beautiful location! The space was perfect for my husband, dog and I. Very spacious with a bedroom, living room, kitchens and TWO bathrooms! My favorite part was the deck/balcony, with a beautiful view of the lake! Others staying there were so nice, especially the family below us. Very very friendly and welcoming. Maria was very proactive at fixing things we wouldn’t have even noticed. She brought new cushions for the patio furniture and adjusted the canopy so we wouldn’t get wet! Way above and beyond! The grounds were extremely clean and beautiful! Can’t go wrong with the lake in the summer! They even had beach chairs for you, so you don’t need to bring your own! We love the area, while there is so much to do, it’s very quiet and peaceful! Just what we wanted. Maria, thank you again for sharing your home, tucker loves the lake, we appreciate being able to share it with him!

This was an absolute beautiful stay. The views of the lake with the fall foliage was breathtaking. The home had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Would definitely come again.

This condo is beautiful and comfortable and was the perfect spot for my family and I to get away for the weekend to the lake. Brittany was super friendly and very responsive. She was super hospitable with extra toiletries and amenities to use during our stay. Also it’s only a 5-10 min walk to Weirs beach! Great place and I would definitely recommend it!

Great unit right by the lake

Enjoyed staying in the condo a great deal. The linens were soft and cozy , the kitchen had a good variety of kitchen things.We found it was very comfortable for two people. Close to things to do surrounded by beautiful lakes.

Sherryl was very nice and responsive. I love her place. My family and I enjoyed our short stay, everything was close by and very easy to get to. I loved the pool and my daughter had so much fun swimming! I highly recommend Sherryl and Domingo place!

The place was super cute and very convenient for our family of 4. We came up to see the Ice Castles and to head to Gunstock Mountain. It was a close ride for both. Perk was getting some snow while we were there!

Laconia and Weirs Beach - the escape we needed! The apartment is incredible. Very comfortable, clean, and homey. The location is top-notch, with everything you need for a city escape or family vacation a few minutes away (walking!). Hallie, the hostess, was amazing! She gave us recommendations for what to do in the area and was very responsive and helpful. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, with many restaurants in the area, and the apartment has everything you need. We went in the springtime (basically summer) and can't wait to come back this winter!!

Tim and Karin are great hosts! Communication was a breeze and fast! The condo was perfect for our trip! Location is right by Weirs Beach and easy to get around the lake! Condo had everything we needed and more! Beds were incredibly comfy, towels were fluffy and kitchen had everything we needed! Fireplace was perfect for a rainy night in and basket of family games kept us entertained!

This was a great place to stay. We could see Lake Winnipesaukee from the unit.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Laconia! The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing trip. It was in a nice location, close to local attractions but still peaceful. Everything was just as described, and I’d definitely stay here again!
