Experience our property's ultimate privacy and award-winning service. We are new on this site but we have served thousands of guests in the past. We are highly reviewed and recommended on many other sites. Our thatched roof cabana rooms are architecturally designed with nature in mind. Our cabanas are furnished with hand-crafted Belize hardwoods pieces, a TV w/ cable, queen bed , pullout sofa bed (on request), a writing desk, AC, private bathroom a screened veranda with a hammock & deck chairs.

This villa is one of 8 units on a beach property called Island Magic Villas, located on the north side of Caye Caulker. It is located across 'The Split' which means it is only accessible by boat. There is a public ferry that makes trips across to the village all day long. Guests can walk, ride the resort's golf cart, or bike approximately a third of a mile from the property to the ferry at the split. The property has a large swimming pool, and a full service restaurant an beach bar.
