I stayed at Manoj and Santoshi's place for a night on my recent visit to Karwar. The place is tastefully done with enough space for two people in the bedroom, a fully functional kitchen and a living room. The kitchen had everything you would need - pans, cooking oils, tawa, pressure cooker etc. The space was very clean. You could lay down and relax on the hammock surrounded by coconut trees. My son loved watching the bathing buffaloes in the pond on the backside of the property. Now, the highlight of my stay was my interaction with Manoj's father, Mr Premanand. He was so kind and checked with us multiple times to see if we were ok or needed anything. He would personally help us carry our heavy luggage to the room and back. He stood with us in the sun to get us an auto rickshaw. Uncle cooked us some delicious meals. The fish thali was better than anything I've eaten in Karnataka . Absolutely loved my stay. If your are in Karwar please go and stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was very comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. All the facilities were well available and made my stay very convenient. I cannot recommend this stay enough. I will be back whenever I am in South Goa. Sumit's family is so wonderful and accommodating. the land is stunning and they are endlessly hospitable

We had a peaceful stay at this beautiful residence. The place is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Basic kitchen utilities are provided. The sights of Panhala fort are very accessible even by foot (a 3-4 hour walking tour covers most attractions). As the residence area is forested and away from main roads, it is not recommended to walk around after dark. The host and caretaker were responsive and helpful. Good place for a relaxing break away from city life!
