Welcome to Villa Germaine, house with direct views of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I renovated with the aim of welcoming you for a Burgundian getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be happy to make you have a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

The house consists of a living room dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 WC, and 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor: A bedroom with its bathroom. A living room of 45 m2 open to its kitchen. Upstairs: There are 2 bedrooms with a large shared bathroom. Each room has its own antechamber, one with a bunk bed and the other with a small child's room.
