The property is secure, featuring two secured building entrances with an intercom system and convenient private parking within a gated area. The building itself is well-maintained, family-oriented, and clean. The location offers proximity to a beautiful beach and numerous amenities, combining a small-town atmosphere with ample activities. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

This is the second time I've stayed at Nádia's apartment with my mother and daughter. Always very clean and organized. The caretaker, Mr. Alcione, who assists us, is always very helpful and polite. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It has everything we need on Av Paraguassu and it is possible to do many things on foot, including going to the beach. Family atmosphere, no noise. Everything is great. I intend to return again and recommend it to anyone who needs it!
