Jordan was extremely helpful and communicative. We had a few technical challenges and Jordan was most helpful at solving them. We had a few small out of the ordinary requests and Jordan was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying at Jordan's place.

Ya es la segunda vez en este viaje que me alojo en este departamento. Lo vuelvo a elegir porque está en un edificio muy lindo, nuevo , bien ubicado. El edificio tiene una terraza con hermosas vistas de la ciudad de jerusalem. El departamento está muy bien equipado, tiene todo lo necesario El anfitrión es excelente Muy recomendable!!

This was the perfect location in har-nof! One minute walk to restaurants, grocery stores, parks etc....great porch to enjoy some sun and the fact that it was on the ground floor made it so easy to access. Davis was extremely responsive and helpful and the kitchen had many amenities. Would book again!

Un plaisir de logement pour une personne seule : aucun luxe mais tout le confort nécessaire et utile. Si, un luxe : la petite terrasse indépendante et de plain-pied pour s'asseoir au soleil, et la facilité de va-et-vient, et la disponibilité attentive et discrète des hôtes, et l'emplacement agréable et parfaitement situé à quelques minutes des transports en commun... The apartment is spacious and bright, with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the highlight is the huge terrace with an amazing sea view. David is a very nice host who is always available if you have any questions or concerns. The only thing that could be improved is the lack of TV channels and a dishwasher. However, the apartment's location in the city is amazing. The Ashkelon Marina, with its shops and restaurants, is within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you David!

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay in this apartment. The view was gorgeous from the porch and master bedroom with the beach being a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Eytan was very responsive and helpful all the time. He even helped with information about things to do around the area. Definitely recommend!

Issa’s place is beautiful, clean, and centrally located. Issa meets all his guests needs from stocking the home with water to laundry services. He was responsive, kind and encouraged me to come to him with any questions at any time of day. The building is located in a lovely part of Bethlehem. You will feel an amazing sense of peace in this home. Rent from Issa, you will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Everything we needed for our stay was included (extra towels, shampoo/conditioner, welcome wine, even bathrobes!) The location is excellent—across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants, but still quiet. Balcony view of the sea is beautiful, parking space is very convenient to the building, and the host is welcoming, responsive, and flexible. We would return without hesitation.

התארגנו 6 זוגות ממשפחה אחת, והיה נפלא. קודם כל התקשורת עם עינת הייתה זורמת וטובה. היה לנו צורך בחדר אחד נגיש, ואפשרות להביא כלבה ועינת נענתה לבקשה ונתנה לנו את כל המידע לוודא שיתאים לנו מראש. בית גדול ומרווח, עם סלון נעים במרכז הבית, פינת אוכל גדולה בפנים וגם בחוץ, קצת צמחי תבלין, נוף משגע ליער. המטבח היה מרווח נוח, בישלנו הרבה והשתמשנו גם בגריל גז. יש שירותים ומקלחת בכל חדר. ממליצה מאוד על הבית של עינת למי שמחפשת חופשה רגועה ונעימה בתחושה ביתית. יצאנו להליכה קרוב ליער ונסענו לטיול במערת הנטיפים הקרובה. צריך לקחת בחשבון ששער המושב נעול בסוף השבוע, עינת הייתה זמינה מתי שהיינו צריכות כדי לפתוח אותו עבורנו. מקום מומלץ מאוד, שקט ורגוע, מאפשר להתנתק ולנוח.

Wow! Wow! Wow! was what I and others that came to visit me said as soon as they walked through the door. the scenery of the Mediterranean sea is stunning! המארחת מקסימה, דירה נקייה ומסודרת, יש בה כל מה שצריך. ניכרת המחשבה על הפרטים הקטנים מתיק לים ועד שקיות לבגדים מלוכלכים. אנחנו הלכנו למסעדת קירה אבל הדרך בעליות ולא מתאימה לעקבים. מסתבר שיש אחלה מסעדות ופאבים שפתוחים בשישי בערב מתחת לדירה. הדבר היחיד שהפריע זה שיש רווח בין הוילונות מה שגרם לשמש להיכנס והעירה אותנו בבוקר.

This is our 4th time staying at this location. The hosts are kind and thoughtful. This ground level apartment is a modest size but it is quite perfect for a couple. All appliances and accommodations worked well. The bathroom is always clean, and the refrigerator is a perfect size. The split mattress bed is comfortable with plenty of warm blankets. A washer and dryer is available on site. There is shopping and bus stops close by. Avremy has always worked well with us whether it be months out or last minute.

The space was exactly what we needed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Open area had a lot of sun. Kitchen was fantastic if you keep kosher and had a bunch of things ready for use if you needed it. Apartment probably needs a paint job and to replace some furniture but overall it’s a great space and in an incredible location.

היינו שני מבוגרים ושתי ילדות בנות 12 ו 14. הגישה נוחה עם שתיים או שלוש מדרגות בלבד. הדירה נקייה, משופצת, נוחה ונעימה. האיזור שקט, ומצאנו בקלות חניה, למרות שהיה ערב פסח. שני דברים שכדאי לקחת בחשבון: פרטי ההתחברות לרשת האינטרנט שמופיעים באתר איירבי בי לא נכונים- עדיף לקבל אותם מהמארח. כשהיינו, היה מתג חשמלי שהקפיץ את החשמל, כדאי לשאול את המארח איזה הוא.

היתה חופשה כיפית, גם באוגוסט מזג אויר נעים רוב היום לשבת בחוץ, הילדים נהנו מאוד, בבית המון משחקים לילדים ויש חצר גדולה מאוד עם טרמפולינה, ערסל, נדנדות. היה כיף ממש.חשוב לציין שאין מיזוג בקומת התחתונה של הסלון מטבח וחדר אחד. הודענו לגאל הואיל והיה אוגוסט, היא היתה זמינה מייד ודאגה שיביאו מזגן נייד. היה מאוד כיף. תודה גאל ואשר הילדים לא מפסיקים לדבר על החופשה

Wonderful experience! We stayed at Gilbert's apartment and were very satisfied. The property is clean and well-maintained, with all the equipment and amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent - within short walking distance to the Old City and city center. Gilbert was a generous and very communicative host, always available for any question or request. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, so all that's required is to arrive with your suitcases and feel at home. Highly recommended!
