Meiningen, Erfurt, Weimar or Coburg are also worth a visit and are easily accessible.

My family and I live on the sunny outskirts of Waldau, directly in the beautiful Ansbachtal at the foot of the Thuringian Forest. A separate entrance leads you to your area of the house. The bright and newly renovated rooms invite you to relax. The forest is almost at your doorstep. It is only a few minutes by bike to the Ratscher mountain lake. The Goethe city of Ilmenau, the state capital of Erfurt or the Vestestadt of Coburg in neighboring Bavaria are easily accessible by highway.

Hello dear guests, the apartment is on the ground floor in the beautiful Rhönblick district of Bettenhausen. You have your own privacy and fully equipped apartments with towels and sanitary needs. There is also a large garden, parking in front of the house and more in the immediate vicinity. The kitchen is additionally equipped with the basic spices as well as sugar, vinegar and oil, coffee, tea and a regional wellness drink. We look forward to your stay.

My very well-equipped apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the pull-out sofa in the living room. On our smart TV, I provide you with Netflix for rainy days and relaxing evenings on the sofa :) I live quietly, right by the forest, where beautiful hiking trails begin. Sufficient amenities are available for business travelers. 1 travel crib and 1 highchair are available for a small guest.

Guest house on the Schleusehof... enjoy nature!

Our guest house (about 89 m) is located on our mini-farm, which we run as a hobby. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river, where you can cool your feet on hot days. The house sleeps 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). On request, we also have a baby cot for the little ones. The farm offers space to romp and relax. But walking over the drained reservoir is possible and very interesting.
