Our house is an old cafe, renovated with eco-friendly materials On foot: grocery store, organic shop, tobacco bar. Open view to the countryside and surrounding woods, close to the Vilaine (2 km), the port and restaurant of Folleux (6 km), 20 minutes from the beaches, and 40 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan. Here is our son's place (currently in Quebec) with bathrooms, dry toilet, cozy space to eat with fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Independent entrance and discreet terrace.

This small cozy nest dominates a forest valley. The materials used, entirely natural, give a feeling of well-being that echoes the breathtaking view of the tops of the trees as far as the eye can see. You will love this south and east-facing cocoon with no view of the house, road or electric wires, only green. the hyper-center is less than 300m away. Cinema, shops, supermarket, restaurants, swimming pool, tennis court, children's playground... And the forest is in front of you!

The house sleeps up to six people with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor area with barbecue. Opportunity to discover the surroundings: beautiful beaches 30 minutes away, character villages (20 minutes away: Rochefort en Terre, La Roche Bernard and La Gacilly), large surface 10 minutes away.

Relax in this unique and tranquil cabin. It is located in the undergrowth in the immediate vicinity of a port on the edge of Vilaine. The cabin is close to the caretaker's house but not overlooked. Peace and quiet assured. Ideal to unwind. This vintage atmosphere offers you a break from time and away from the turbulence of the world. The port is a 5-minute walk and free boats are available to go to the bar restaurant on the other side.

La Chaumière – Nature and private HOT TUB

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Hiking and cycling possible. Françoise will hand over the keys to you in person. Linens provided. Pets accepted. A deposit cheque of €350 will be requested: it will be returned if there is no damage. 3 beds of 140 and a sofa bed in the living room in addition. 2 night minimum stay. For everyone's sake, parties or other disturbances are prohibited.
