Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. Welcome to Casa Malima! Our accommodation is located in a green environment with canals and the lakes Schoorven, Sarsven and De Banen within walking distance. The area has various walking and cycling routes. The accommodation fits 4 people (one bedroom with a double bed + one bedroom with two single beds) and it has a view towards the rear part of the garden of the owners. Prices are including towels and bed sheets (free-of-charge), tourist tax and WIFI. Note that we do not serve breakfast.

My place is in a great spot – just 15 minutes (13 km) from Roermond, where you can shop at the popular Designer Outlet. Or head south and in 30 minutes (35 km) you’re in lively Maastricht, full of fun bars and nice restaurants. Mijn huis ligt lekker centraal – je bent in 15 minuten (13 km) in Roermond, waar je heerlijk kunt shoppen in het populaire Designer Outlet. Rijd je naar het zuiden, dan sta je in een half uurtje (35 km) in het gezellige Maastricht vol leuke bars en restaurants.

Space and green surroundings

Our B&B is located on the edge of the forest, close to the historic city of Roermond, Outlet Center and National Park De Meinweg. Feel welcome in our lush garden with sunny terraces. The B&B consists of 2 parts: on the 1st floor of our house we have a bedroom with double bed, a sitting room with sofa bed, a guest bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. In our garden, we have a spacious dining kitchen and an adjoining garden room with wood-burning stove.

Apartment “Eiland 44”

Nice completely renovated detached guesthouse in the picturesque fortress town of Stevensweert. The cottage has its own entrance with a spacious terrace. There are numerous opportunities for hiking in the adjacent nature reserve. For cycling enthusiasts, there is the junction route that is located right next to the house. Designer Outlet Roermond is 20 km away. A visit to Thorn is also absolutely worth it and of course not to forget Maastricht, 40 km away.

Our nice apartment is 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all appliances. Also, a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a great WiFi connection.

Hof Michiels (Apartment 2)

Our lovingly restored apartments are located in a former barn of our organic farm. The approximately 300-year-old farm is located in the middle of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. In the immediate vicinity is Lake Borner and Lake Harik. We cultivate permanent pasture with a suckler cow herd, consisting of approx. 20 animals that spend the summer in the pastures. Our farm is home to our friendly dog named Costa.
