The area has various walking and cycling routes. The accommodation fits 4 people (one bedroom with a double bed + one bedroom with two single beds) and it has a view towards the rear part of the garden of the owners. Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the city center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including a washing machine), and a living room with an open kitchen. The sofa in the living room can also serve as a sleeping area for 2 additional people. A supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub, and marina are all within a 100-meter radius.

This house provides a wonderful holiday feeling due to its beautiful location by the water, on the Maasplassen and almost against the center of the atmospheric fortified town of Stevensweert. The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the holiday park Porte Isola, and in the nearby area, you can enjoy hiking and biking. And of course a paradise for water sports enthusiasts with a boat rental in the park.
