Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Beechworth

Husband and I and son had a lovely time in Tanja’s place in Rutherglen. The place is very well set up, including lovely deck and fire pit areas, and very comfortable. A short walk to main drag was a nice bonus. Great spot to explore the area from.

What a beautiful place to relax and explore the area. Every window in the house had a serene outlook - looking over the dam, out to the highland cows, over to the sheep and lambs; with so many places to sit a relax - by the fire pit at the edge of the running creek, comfortable chairs in a number of nooks inside and out. We really felt at home. Thank you.

Spotless cosy house with an amazing kitchen equipped for pro cooking. Also loved the garden with many nice places to sit. We had good Indian take away from place near by, also good Vietnamese place near by. Thanks Peck for letting us stay in your house.

We had a wonderful stay at Emma’s place! She was a great host—very thoughtful and responsive. Knowing the weather was rainy and cold, she turned the heater on before we arrived, which made us feel so welcome and comfortable right away. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. My children were especially thrilled to see the sheep grazing on the hills through the windows—such a peaceful and charming view. Thank you, Emma, for making our stay so enjoyable. We would love to come back again!

Pops place was lovely for a family getaway. With a wonderful decking and massive backyard there was plenty of room for everyone. The home itself had such a nice homey feel and was decorated so well, with so many different places to rest & relax.

Awesome Spot in Bright – Can’t Recommend It Enough Just got back from a stay at Linda’s place in Bright and honestly, it was unreal. The house is super comfortable, spotless, and has a really warm, welcoming vibe. It felt more like staying at a good friend’s home than a rental. Everything was easy from the start — Linda was great to deal with, really responsive and friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. She’s clearly put a lot of thought into the space. The kitchen was fully set up (even had decent coffee gear), the bed was really comfy, and there were heaps of little touches that made it feel extra special. The location is spot on — peaceful and quiet, but still really close to town. If you’re thinking of heading to Bright, definitely book this place.

We had a gorgeous 3 nights in Beechworth, doing the bike trails, visiting cute towns and eating in some lovely local restaurants and cafes. The house was perfect - so tastefully decorated and coat, extremely comfy beds, lots of natural light and a gorgeous garden. Perfect!!

We were met by Steve who gave us an upgrade to a better room because the first wasn’t ready. We were given free access to the property which is in a lovely setting. We would definitely recommend Debby’s for a relaxing stay.

Our second stay at this charming cottage in Bright was as wonderful as the first. Peaceful, relaxing and just a short walk to town. We feel refreshed and rejuvenated and will definitely be back.

Two colleagues and I rented the place during the off-peak snow season (for work purposes) but even without the snow, it is in a great location. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The host was exceptional—always quick to respond to my messages and very accommodating. The only hiccup was that the neighbors were quite nosey. Great property for a family I will definitely stay here again.

This is a bit of a hidden gem. Perfectly - and I do mean perfectly - clean, oozing charm, beautiful views and every amenity we could have asked for. Lovely hosts, and really nice little touches like the welcoming wine and muffins. Quiet, cosy and relaxing. We've stayed at other Airbnbs in the area, but this has been the best yet!

Without question, our favourite place we've been in Australia. Absolutely stunning views, a beautiful atmosphere, romantic, quiet, private, comfy and classy accommodation - and moments from amazing winery's and food. The cute goats and other animals are adorable and abundant. Whether you want to gaze at the plentiful stars on a clear ngiht, cosy by the log fires or walk up the hill for some spectacular views - its all there. As for Marty, the host - he's the cherry on top. Friendly, kind and an incredible person. Genuinely, you can't find anything better than this. A comfortable and confidently located cottage. Easy access to town and Bright without the hustle and bustle. Comfortable furniture inside and dog friendly a big plus. The communal fire pit at the front was a nice touch. Recommend a stay if visiting the area

I had booked this a birthday present for my wife. The photos looked very impressive. My only slight reservation was there was a spilt system for heating and we were arriving in early winter. We were therefore very pleasantly surprised to find that the owners have just installed a beautiful wood burning stove which was roaring away when we arrived. It completed the very cosy ambience. This is a very well crafted home. A tin outbuilding that has been beautifully decked out in an eclectic bohemian style with some imaginative design elements, including using the old copper wood fired laundry tub as a bathroom sink. Bright is a few minutes away and a beautiful place to visit. We walked to the top of the Apex Lookout and then lunch at Clean Bowled. Back to the house for an outdoor bath and then dinner at Chop Chop and an arthouse movie in the beautiful cinema. A perfect weekend! This is a rural property so there are some local cockerels who start early but we were able to get back to sleep.

We had a great few days at this cute little cabin. Our toddler loved feeding the chickens on the property. The fire made it so warm and cosy and Robert had set it up all ready for our arrival which was a nice touch. Everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a little country getaway. This was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed, the accommodation was perfect (looks even better in person)! It was a great way to spend Christmas as a couple, the plunge pool keeps you nice and cool in Summer and I’ve already recommended to friends. You can tell it’s a family run location, everyone we spoke to was lovely. We’ll hopefully be returning to experience a Winter break soon 🙂

the moment you arrive at Maudes cottage you know it's special. the attention to detail, love, care and pride that Wendy puts in is exceptional. The cottage is picture book cute, perfectly clean and decorated, functional with style. Wendys messages were genuine and helpful... we definitely want to return one day and hopefully meet the lady behind this gem in the mountains... thank Wendy and Elle
