Vacation rentals with a patio in Bedong

We stayed at Sues apartment for three weeks . It was so spacious and well equipped and was just the perfect accommodation for our family vacation. It was also at the center of Straits Quay and there were restaurants and coffee shops ans groceries just downstairs. sue was helpful and responsive. She was always helpful and warm. Many thanks. Would definitely book again.

The apartment is really big and like in the pictures, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, day area huge too, with nice balcony. The beach is close and the swimming pool is nice with a kids area. You can take grab to move around or the bus that is connected to George town. The electricity bill is to pay out of the price if you use air conditioning, but honestly there was no need, just keep the windows open. The only flaw is the smell in the house I imagine due to being close for a long time, would be nice a deep clean. Overall a good solution to stay in the peace out of the city!

The host is very friendly and fast response. room very clean and well maintained great location, with kfc, mcd, lots of restaurant within walking distance can view the sunrise directly from the balcony. beautiful scenery of seaside view from balcony too. worth staying

I stayed in one of Wendy & Sharon's apartments for 6 weeks - had lived in Penang previously so my decision to stay at Straits Quay was well thought through. The 101 bus runs from the Clan Jetties bus depot all the way up to the National Park, via the Komtar bus depot. So super handy for everything and the bus stops in both directions are a short walk from Straits Quay. The 102 bus from the airport stops right outside Straits Quay, but I arranged an airport pick-up via W&S and that worked really well. The apartment I stayed in exactly matched the photos, was stylishly decorated, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen equipment and utensils - when I needed a hand blender for a daily food regimen and asked W&S if I could borrow one, they arranged delivery the next day. Wonderful and caring service. Couldn't fault anything! I'd have liked a sea view of course but had known this apartment was on the other side of the building when I booked it .... so as expected! The host was very kind, helpful, friendly, and was always able to offer suggestions for things to do. For me, this trip was about family nearby, so this location allowed for everyone to gather here in one location. I would highly recommend the roti Cani that can be found at the small little food court at the end of the Road and to the left. As a visitor from the US, I greatly appreciated the AC in each of the bedrooms help sleep at night on hot malaysian nights. I will most certainly come back the next time I’m in Penang.

Crystal’s place is in a good central location. The bed is sooo comfy so you can sleep well and the room itself is nicely decorated. And most importantly, everything is spotless and clean!! Just take note that there is a poodle who is always scared of strangers so it barks a lot, incase you are someone who may be bothered by this!

The apartment is located in the Landmark building which caters for a lot of Airbnb units. The building is surrounded by a lot of shopping and food options but if you want to see Penang it would be best to drive/Grab. This unit is well looked after and extremely well optioned with free parking, big tv, Netflix, micro, water dispenser etc. etc and the block has an excellent gym and pool with great views. The Homey Planet team are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or requests. We had the apt on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the Gurney shoreline and over the affluent Tg Tokong bungalows. On New Years Eve the view of the fireworks along the waterfront and across the island was just awesome. The furniture and beds are a bit hard wearing to cope with the high traffic - this could easily pass as a luxury apartment with an upgrade of the furnishings but at the current price it’s amazing value for money. Recommended!

A very convenient place with great yacht and sea view at balcony. The host, Chan is very friendly and guide full too. He guided us how to check in and check out, as well as show us around the property and in within his property itself. We have indeed a very pleasant stay there. Will comeback to stay at the same place again.
