We are a group of 20 pax. The house is clean and spacious . We enjoyed our nights in this big villa. Swimming pool is clean . KTV is function well . Has plenty of games . We definitely will be back again . Suitable for big group gatherings .

Great place to stay. The host is very responsive and kind. Let us to check in early when the house is ready and available. Near with amanjaya mall, which have everything you need. The location is very peaceful. In morning, you can jog and brisk walk. Kids love the playroom and the pool. Recommend for you guys to stay here, if you have big family and kids. Looking forward to have our next stay here!

Homestay ni antara yang terluas pernah saya stay, ruang laman depan rumah memang luas sesuai untuk parking banyak kereta & aktiviti lain.. Semua bilik ada aircond, barang2 keperluan untuk memasak semua complete.. Host pun baik bila minta check in awal sikit dari masa yang ditetapkan host usaha untuk bagi dapat cepat..rumah cantik nak jalan ke pantai murni pun dekat.. Terbaik boleh repeat.. Saya syorkan tempat ni 👍

Very peaceful stay during my visit. Quiet residential area. All airconds are working perfectly find and cold. Aside from karaoke, swimming pool and pool table, Gintell Massage chair is available too! Its an old residential but well maintained. BBQ pit was out, but it’s ok, bought a small set to use from Lotus. All in all, happy with the stay!

The house is clean and tidy, perfect for a small family. Strategically located in Bertam and its surrounding areas, with easy access to amenities. Less than 50 meters away, there is a large, well-organized park. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathrooms are clean, and there is a washing machine available. Behind the house, there is a paddy field, during the padi season, the view must be more stunning. A great place to relax, especially after a long day of visiting during raya seasons. it was a nice stay.. comfy beds n all.. we ordered foodpanda once we checked in n the rider managed to find the unit hassle-free.. the owner stocked up the kitchen with pantry staples n it's free.. tq so much for the generosity.. will definitely come again
