My friend and I had a great time at Heritage Collection in Chinatown, it was exactly like the pictures and even though the listing says there’s no physical host, there was a manager who we could talk to, the hotel was also very responsive on text. The only thing you need to make sure is that you have access to internet before you arrive here because you only get a digital key, there are multiple doors and the code sent only applies to the door closest to your room so it can be confusing to get in. I would definitely go back!

Very great. Insanely close to train and in the middle of all the action. Laundry machines are really nice and are perfect for singapore weather because u will have to shower a lot. Bathroom was amazing as well. Perfect stay for smaller/solo travel. Walls are kinda thin and room is kinda small but otherwise perfect

Top-notch service! Staff are all really helpful and keen to make you feel right at home and comfortable. We were in need of extra toilet paper after midnight and they delivered within 30 minutes with immediate response via chat. Superbly impressed by the fast response times despite the lack of a concierge. There are no lifts so you have to carry your luggage up and down a flight of stairs. Not an issue, just be mindful if you have mobility challenges or are travelling with a heavy suitcase. Value for money though! It’s right in front of Chinatown MRT and very accessible to most places in Singapore

We had a fantastic 3-night stay in Singapore! The location was ideal — right in the heart of Chinatown, which gave us easy access to great food, local culture, and the MRT for getting around the city. It was lively but still quiet enough at night for a good sleep. During our stay, we explored Chinatown (just outside the doorstep!), visited Sentosa Island, and spent a full day at Universal Studios — all really easy to get to from the apartment. We also had a great evening at Lau Pa Sat hawker centre, where the satay street opens up at night — highly recommended! The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for a short city break. Great communication from the host too. Would definitely stay again!

Heritage Collection on Arab- Loft Single No Window

Very nice place, perfect for a short stay for one person. The space is small, but that is what I expected and it was very comfy. I was in the loft room on the fourth floor. The bed was a good size for me, but I am on the shorter side (66 cm), so if you are taller maybe request not the top loft room.
