This house is perfect for families to gather, spend time by the fireplace, share meals with the center island kitchen and dining tables, and enjoy each other’s company. Corinne is the perfect host, responsive, communicative, welcoming, warm. Pound Ridge is a wonderful town and the reservoir, quiet roads, trees, wildlife, walking trails, and stone walls are the perfect place to relax and get away from the city.

Beautiful getaway in a magical place! A friend and I were in town for work and needed a comfortable and affordable place to stay where we could cook and rest comfortably. The space was so quiet and there was great charm to the place. Bedford Hills is really truly a lovely little town and this quant place made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed our stay! PROS: -Exceptionally quiet -Gorgeous nature -Comfortable and clean accommodations -Very close to the main part of Bedford Hills + close to the Metro North train line -Keurig Coffee maker! -Hot water works beautifully! -Comfortable beds -Great charm -Washer and dryer CONS: -Dishwasher was out of service -The kitchen is small if you need to cook just be aware -There weren't instructions for the jacuzzi or pool. The pool didn't look to be in service (and it was cold outside) but we weren't sure if we could use the jacuzzi or not.

Fabulous getaway, beautiful surroundings, hard to believe we were just a few minutes from highways and downtown and civilization! Responsive host, many amenities -- pool, bbq, outdoor dining, waterfall, river view, soaking tub, sun loungers, spacious kitchen, dreamy sofa.

The place was convenient to nearby major road systems and was within walking distance of shopping and eating establishments. Alison was quite personable and inviting and offered suggestions for nearby amenities. The apartment was clean and spacious and offered a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. The bath was adequate with a tub and shower head. Overall , I was quite pleased with my choice and would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

I am new to the Stamford / Greenwich area and needed a place to stay while I looked for a permanent residence. I stayed at Juan's place for about 3.5 months. It was very convenient to Greenwich (where I work) and to downtown Stamford (restaurants and shops) and the Stamford train station, which has great express trains to NYC. It is also very close to a grocery store and several gyms (I chose Orange Theory, only a few blocks away). I chose Juan's place for the location and king size bed. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were great and the overall unit worked really well for myself and my husband - it has wifi and we connected to our Netflix & other apps thru the smart TV. It fits two people comfortably and has a pull out sofa for guests (my college-age children visited a few times). The kitchen has what you need, including a dishwasher. There is one permanent parking space available and several guest spots. Juan was very responsive and a great host. Highly recommend!

We loved Erin’s style, her beautiful cottage was comfortable and welcoming from the first. We found all we needed in the kitchen and everything worked well. The home was light and bright and well thought out. The grounds around the house were heavenly, with grassy dappled pathways through the woods and a gorgeous pond beyond the garden, with a river running through. Endless bird song and deer passing by, it was charming and peaceful. I highly recommend it.

We were visiting family in the area and this place was perfect. Quaint but spacious with everything you need and also very clean. Plus, it’s got some fun history - make sure to check out the story of the house in the guidebook! It’s right in the walkable part of the town of Bedford and an easy drive to multiple train stations that will bring you into the city or further north. Michael was a great host to work with and made sure we had everything we need. We would absolutely stay here again!

If I'm in the Stamford area again, I'll definitely book here. This space was just perfect for me. I found the wooded area, birds singing and the overall area ideal. I felt very safe and comfortable. There is a family that lives upstairs, with pups, so expect some sounds from above but nothing disturbing or out of hours. This is a gorgeous residential area. The place was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and everything provided was far more than sufficient for my needs. Everything was just so easy and smooth. I had no reason to contact Julita for anything.
