We arrived earlier than agreed, but Andrei noticed us and immediately offered to check in so we didn't wait. This was the first sign that hospitality is really up to par here. We traveled 300 kilometers, rushed, and in all the hustle and bustle I had forgotten the coals for the barbecue. I shared this with Andrei, and he, without thinking, immediately offered to give us charcoal or wood – totally free of charge. Thanks to him, we were able to have a so desirable barbecue without wasting time looking for shops. We also asked him for recommendations regarding sights in the area. Share useful information about Snezhanka Cave, one of themostbeautiful places one can visit as well as thenearest and accessible shops. The house was extremely well heated. The outside temperature was -9°C, but we enjoyed the comfortable 24°C inside. Andrei assured us that if we needed anything he was close by and only a message would come through – and it really was. great apartment! we loved it, it was very warm (freezing outside and warm inside!) we had enough space for all our stuff, coming back from ski every day. fully kitchen so we could cook and bake. kids enjoy the play room and we also loved the pool. the apartment is beautiful, great view. Ivana was so nice, and we also got a cleaner in the middle of the week with no charge for refresh our stay. great place!!!

Great location - 4min walk to the nearest slope. You go down the slope, take the lift and you are at the nearest ski center! The apartment complex is very quiet, with beautiful panoramic view. The host is very kind, helpful and responsive. Our stay was 10/10 - could not recommend it more!

I had a wonderful stay at Diyana's place. The apartment is beautiful - spacious, clean and filled with natural light. It offers beautiful views and has three bedrooms, a comfortable living room and even an office. The place is cozy and inviting and makes you feel at home. The hosts are fantastic - helpful, honest and easy to communicate with. In short, the place is excellent and I would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay. You have everything you need and feel like at home. Warm especially in the winter and clean apartment. Whenever we had some issues/obstacles Tanya managed to help and guide us to figure them out fast and even it was late. The host Neli is also valuable person at the place that helps a lot and without her won't be as good as it is that place. There is a Bistro where you can have eat.

A lovely apartment, spacious with a great view. The complex has a great restaurant but there's not a lot else in the immediate vicinity without walking up the hill into Studenets. The ski in ski out element only really works if you are a competent skiier, as the slope was closed and not well maintained. Maria always responded very quickly to messages and we thought the apartment was great value for money. It was very clean and the beds were comfy. It was great having a fireplace, the wood can be bought at reception. A lucent week was had by all!

The home in a secluded space and yet easily accessible by car, the host extremely friendly and helpful, the house corresponds to the images posted and is warm and well divided. It has a large, very useful electric grill. Thanks Mary for hosting and recommendations.
