Great barn apartment in former vineyard

Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

"Nierstein is like vacation" say all guests who have visited this beautiful little town from other parts of Germany. Shower gel, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.

The accommodation is so incredibly beautiful and elegantly furnished that you can hardly believe it at first sight. The view of the vineyards, the great sofa, the bed, the kitchen, the fantastic bathroom...everything pure luxury and sooo incredibly stylish. Simply a dream. Stefan showed us around and explained everything in person. The lighting control is technically modern and you can enter the apartment with a code, so you can neither lock yourself out nor lose a key. We were very sad when we had to leave and hope to be back soon. (apart from the apartment, you can visit about 200 wineries from Herxheim👍🍷) Thank you for the perfect getaway. Birgit and Thomas 💋

Thanks for the lovely stay with you. Loved it. The moon shone through the skylights on our bed... Worms and Mainz can be reached quickly via the highway, but you don't hear or see anything from the highway. Alzey has an interesting museum with finds from Roman times from the surrounding area. In Alzey we were Indian food, it was very nice. On the large construction area 2 kilometers away, work ends at 19:00. The pile foundation is almost ready and you won't hear from all the other construction machines here.

There were six of us for a weekend. The apartment is quite wonderful and in a quaint wall. Heiko and Heike were very friendly and accommodating. The surroundings provide ample scope for excursions and hiking trails. Highly recommended are Lilly's Café and Gillot's Genusswirtschaft in Oppenheim. Overall, we had a nice relaxing weekend, to which the beautiful accommodation contributed a lot. Next time we'll book breakfast on site!
