This top modern, stylish and newly furnished accommodation in the heart of Rheinhessen was completely renovated and refurbished by June 2024 and is now available for our guests. Not only was a family-friendly facility taken into account, but also emphasis was placed on a pleasant vacation or workplace. Located close to the Rhine, in the middle of the nature reserve, the property offers a comfortable starting point for many activities and those seeking relaxation.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

We love it modern with a touch of vintage. That's how we set up our new city apartment as a vacation rental. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard. While it is wonderfully relaxing inside, you can already enjoy your first cappuccino on the balcony at sunrise in the morning. The apartment is integrated in a quiet residential area in a house. The residential area is located directly on the Rhine.  The Rhine is just 500m away, not even 1 km away on foot. On the Rhine are many beautiful coves with a sand-kies beach, which can be reached through wide paths.  Shopping can be found 1.8 km on foot and 5 minutes by car There is (Lidl, Aldi, Netto, Edika, Rossman, Kik, Action). The apartment is all alone for them.

A high-quality parquet floor in all living rooms creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen are kept open and offer a spacious living ambience. The bathroom is fitted with a spa bath. And for our guests who like to cook, our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
