On Elmwood with off street parking and private entry. Newly renovated, full kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. a keurig coffee maker and coffee. The living/bedroom area has a couch, chair, desk, 50" tv, and a new, pillow-top queen bed. Short walk to Buff State, Albright Knox Gallery, and numerous restaurants. Great area with great people, where you will feel safe. Great, comfortable place for a couple of days, or a few weeks. We offer significant discounts for extended stays.

Looks very sketchy on the outside, cobwebs, peeling wood, cracked and shoddily painted walls, generally old and not updated since the 60’s. Much more secure on the inside. Homey enough, floor is clearly uneven and tiled in a plastic busy pattern to distract from it. Poor ventilation, lingering scent of weed, good modern amenities, cozy furniture, and bedding. Cracked walls, unappealing paint jobs. You get what you pay for, good for the price. Very conveniently placed to walk to stores, and etc. Overall, a good stay!

Enjoyed our stay here! It was very peaceful and private even if it was a shared place. The area was also very quiet and everything was close by to most attractions. Wendy’s Cozy Nook is indeed cozy, comfortable, immaculate and has everything you need from forgotten items like toothbrush to desk supplies. It is evident a lot of thoughtful detail went into the planning of the nook. Wendy includes helpful instructions and is quick to answer any questions or concerns. Definitely would come back to stay at Wendy’s for the comfort and hospitality.
