The dressing room is a penthouse apartment, rooftop with upscale amenities. You can enjoy 60m2 for up to 3 people (the third bed is an extra, 1-person sofa bed from Maison du Monde). The room has a TV, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave and fridge. House in the center of the charming village surrounded by fruit fields located 7 minutes from the A7 highway (n*12 Annonay/Chanas) and 20 minutes from the EDF power plant. Ideal for workers for a few days or a week.

Completely refurbished apartment, 1st floor (attached to our house) 65 m2: 2 bedrooms, beautiful light main room with garden view, pool access in summer.... at least 10am 11:30am 2:30pm 6:30pm!.... Heating included, please respect the 19-degree maximum and turn off the radiators (do not COVER them with linen) if you take advantage of opening the windows for a long time!…

Ideal for 2 people but crib can be made available. The studio is located in our garden with a lovely unobstructed view of the Vercors. Everything "vital" necessary for your arrival is available.
