Excellent stay in this nice, clean and in a good location. Some steps to follow to pick up the keys, access the parking lot and then the accommodation but Nicolas' instructions were very clear! This is a property we'll keep in mind. 😊

Pleasant stay in Clermont thanks to Jacqueline who was very considerate and, despite her absence, was able to welcome us via another person. The accommodation totally suited us, with a kitchen open to the living room and a balcony overlooking the park with a beautiful view of the church (which only rings from 8am to 9PM) . The park is sometimes noisy in the late evening with the kids coming to play there, but once the windows are closed, it's fine. The bedding was comfortable and my spouse literally fell in love with the armchair and his footrest! The parking space is a real plus because it is impossible to find a free parking space in Clermont. Complicated with our big sedan, but luckily the parking was empty all the time, which allowed us to encroach on the next square and maneuver easily to get in/out of it. In short, very satisfied with our trip!

We set up our daughter for a 15-day internship in this small, very well-equipped studio. She found herself very comfortable and Marie Laure was able to remain discreet but attentive when the need arose. We would highly recommend it.

Caroline's apartment is in a good location, nicely decorated and well-equipped. Bedding is comfortable! Caroline is very responsive. We recommend their listing :)

Sylvie's place is very spacious, very well equipped as at home. The parking space is very nice, you can then go to the shops or park of Montjuzet on foot. Sylvie and Vincent's welcome is very warm, we had a lovely stay!

The accommodation is spacious and pleasant: it was renovated recently, it's appreciated. It is perfectly suited for a couple with 2 children: the bedrooms and the living room are quite large, the kitchen is rather functional. Myriam was responsive during our interactions, everything went very well. Thank you for this trip!

We stayed in Elodie and Patrice's apartment for a weekend. We already knew a little Châtel-Guyon, and deliberately chose this apartment for its location close to all amenities, as well as its secure parking (really very secure XD! ). The apartment is very functional and very clean. We were kindly welcomed by Elodie's dad who couldn't travel at the time of our arrival. However, she was very available and very pleasant both by message and phone. We'll be happy to go back:)

Accommodation, clean and functional, very nice to have a parental alcove and a space for children that's a little off-center. Bright and is very good, equipped, we'll be back with pleasure!

We spent a sporty weekend with friends, we spent a great Easter weekend in Sylvain's accommodation, pleasant host, the accommodation is a real little cocoon, it feels like home. We didn't get cold despite the weather conditions, perfect bedding everything was perfect👍. I highly recommend it, see you soon
