a great 2-night stay, small cottage very well-equipped, a peaceful and very quiet place. I was greeted by their son and then I saw the owners. Both were very cordial and very friendly! a perfect cottage to be quiet near nature! pets accepted at no extra cost which is not common 😊 cleaning equipment in the cottage which allows you to do a little cleaning before leaving 😊 the mini plus in my opinion would be a fenced yard for the doggies but it's really not a flaw far from it. Otherwise, thank you again for this weekend in your cottage and if the opportunity arises I will not hesitate to come back. I would recommend this cottage without a problem! Great value for money! Very responsive and friendly hosts! Pure happiness.

A beautiful village house, in an idyllic setting surrounded by vines. The house is tastefully decorated and very spacious, the garden is beautiful, secluded and large, our Labrador loved it! An ideal place for a tour of Sancerre vineyards, with a great restaurant along the road in the village.

Enjoyed my one night there, had a lovely walk around the village. Will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

We had a lovely weekend with friends in this peaceful setting. The house is beautiful and what can you say about the outside, what a space! A treat, these little moments all together outside. We all enjoyed the stay and I thank Julie for her responsiveness, as well as Natalia who was very kind and smiling when I arrived.

The outbuilding is a quiet place that we were able to enjoy because the owners were not there. It offers excellent services difficult to find everywhere for a very reasonable price: lost in the countryside for a quiet moment, having our dog, the hot tub, a queen bed... the garden is very pleasant and there is no opposite. Thanks also for the beers and the recommendations around! Despite the rain we had a lovely weekend.

Stayed here on a work trip with a colleague and it was exactly what we needed. Close proximity to the local town in beautiful surroundings, and the apartment was comfortable, well appointed and quiet. Sophie was a great host, made everything easy for us, quick to respond and very welcoming. Would love to stay here again!

Very well located in the heart of Sancerre. The accommodation is clean and convenient with 2 beds. The hosts are great, they are responsive, they give good advice, and are accommodating. We recommend it without hesitation!

Very functional accommodation, on a very quiet and peaceful street. Very responsive and super nice host. We had a great time in an area we were discovering.

Merry and Sébastien are very welcoming and helpful. They're responsive to our questions. The bed is made upon arrival and very comfortable. The ground floor apartment, with access to the garden, is very well soundproofed. The only small downside: to specify or highlight in the listing, that we must bring "bath towels, tea towels and dishwashing products".

Hiking along the Loire (GR 3), thanks to Stéphane's place, we were able to stop in Saint-Bouize to make a hook in Sancerre. Listing is exactly as described.

the apartment is as described, check-in and communication were easy. There was a small water leak in the toilet, which did not bother my stay.

Monique's apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the city but on a very quiet little street. It is very well-equipped, very clean and the bedding is of high quality. Monique is very responsive. I would highly recommend it if you stop in this charming little town.

We had a short stay at Virginie's studio. Everything was perfect. Very friendly host, very clean accommodation, perfectly equipped, very good bedding, ideally located (between the heart of the city and the banks of the Loire). We would recommend this listing.
