This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Small duplex in the city center

Nogent sur Seine is a town in the Aube (10), located 20 km from Provins and 100 km from Paris. This small, warm and cozy duplex is located on the 1st floor near the church in Nogent sur Seine. Refurbished, it still has a stigma of its old life, the stairs are very narrow and steep, and the steps are short. It has nevertheless been renovated by Maytop (Lépine competition), which secured it thanks to non-slip stair nosing. However, I do not recommend it for children.

In an old farmhouse, very charming, with its touch of modernity You can enjoy the garden and its deckchairs for the beautiful sunny days and you can enjoy the above ground pool. Housing of 45m2, with its exposed stones is composed of a bedroom and kitchen very functional and bathroom (shower) / WC. You will have walking access to the shops and the medieval town. The house is 500m walk from the TER to Paris and 1 hour by bus to Marne la Vallée.
