I had another wonderful stay at this apartment! This was my third visit, and even with the change in management, everything was handled exceptionally well. The apartment was spotless, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere perfect for both unwinding and getting some studies done. Gabriella and her family were fantastic hosts. They were very helpful and flexible & making sure I had everything I needed. The sunset views from the balcony were breathtaking and mornings with a cup of coffee, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of birds and a stunning panoramic view were simply amazing. Fantastic place. The host assisted us with everything. Very clean place, it has all someone needs. When going back to Seychelles I will definitely stay at the same place. Host is not 5 stars, is 100 stars!!!

Magical getaway in paradise! Our stay at this cozy Seychelles chalet exceeded all expectations! From the first minutes, we were surrounded by care and attention. Marvin the host and his assistant Adam are true hospitality professionals! They were always in touch, helped with the organization of excursions, shared tips on the best beaches. They made us feel at home — safe, comfortable, and family-friendly. And what an incredible surprise awaited us in the evening! Dinner from local products has become a real gastronomic masterpiece. Fresh fish, tropical fruits, fragrant spices — every piece told the story of Seychelles. The dishes were cooked with love and attention to details, and the serving added romance to the sound of the ocean. It was not just dinner, but a real trip to the tastes of the island! The chalet itself is a corner of harmony: a cozy interior, impeccable cleanliness, and the window overlooks a beautiful forest.

Everything we needed was readily available, and the space was thoughtfully organized. The location was convenient, and we truly appreciated Samuel’s helpful tips about the area. Whether it was for dining or sightseeing, his guidance added so much value to our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This housing is 10 of 10 The apartment is designed absolutely everything, up to the sponge for washing dishes. Thanks for the parovark, for soap for hands even in the kitchen. Breakfast on the terrace with such views it is incredibly pleasant. Team of Casa Gem carefully put the treats on the day of arrival 🙏 thanks Shampoo , hair conditioner and shower gel smell delicious as organic cosmetics. Thanks to the owners for powder and even for the air conditioning for underwear! Cleaning is very clean , everything is amazing. We're delighted and we'll be happy to come back You are the best on this island 🌺

Everything was perfect. The place is nice, cosy and very well located on the Eden Island. Our "corner" was hidden and surrounded by plants, while beach was right there. The host was highly responsive and kind. The apartment is very well equipped. We had a really great time and look forward to return back soon.

Overall it was great. Spotless clean , the view is amazing , the sound of the creek next to the house: peaceful! Bed comfy! Fridge and freezer clean and very efficient. Recommend to provide more kitchen utilities such as blender, bowls and each one more pot and pan. Was there a coffee machine? The AC was odd, a bit too loud actually. But other than that- everything was fine. Be aware the street going up is very very steep. I am worldwide driver and nothing scares me, but you should know. The google address is not accurate, it’s much further up hill. Febrona was great- she let us stay until evening and was always available! Thank you so much - we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Perfect location on the beach and walking distance to one of the best beaches on the island. John is an incredible host - responsive and super helpful always!

Jennifer is a very good host. we had the pleasure of meeting her sister and also the brother as well as Pierre the craftsman. They are all very warm people. The communication with Jennifer was excellent and she always responded immediately to questions. We had rented a car at the airport which is recommended to be more flexible. The directions were impeccable and with photos as a clue. The place was perfect for us. In the kitchen it has everything you need to prepare breakfast and dinner. The bathroom is also huge and pleasant to use. In the bedrooms there is air conditioners and in the living room a standing fan. You are remote and hear the animals in nature and yet you can walk to the most beautiful Beache in the Seychelles (Vallon) in about 10 minutes. It has 2 food stalls in the back area. At the end you can buy a lunch (take a way) for 75 rupees.

Thank you for accommodating our big group of guests! We enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen was very spacious and the balconies had great views. The cars for rent were super convenient too as we we were able to travel around town with them. Overall, very happy with our stay here!

This is the best accommodation and place in Seychelles that there can be! Wonderful hosts, very responsive and attentive! I recommend it to everyone!

The whole island is trully Eden. Tranquile surrounding, lovely gardens all arround the villas. Upon arrival you are provided with a cart, no cars allowed in the resort, which only adds to the overall experience. The villa itself is very spacious, well equipped, with excellent terrace overlooking the water. Check in and out was easy and Tina made evrything smoothly and efficiently. We would deffinitelly love to come back one day.

Our stay at Villa Abundance was nothing short of spectacular. The location is truly magical nestled in nature with views that are simply to die for. The house itself was flawless, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make our stay perfect. From the homemade bread & jam to the fresh fruits from the garden, we felt completely taken care of and ready to explore each day. Even the toiletries were handmade from Peter and Jenny’s own brand, a beautiful personal touch that made the experience even more special. Peter and Jenny are incredible hosts - warm, attentive, and always available if we needed anything. We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. We can’t wait to return to Villa Abundance on our next trip to Seychelles. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 1 month, everything was perfect! The maison was very clean and well furnished. The hosts took care of all our needs and even provided us with a special kitchen appliance we asked for. The garden and pool are tiptop. The reef just in front of the maison is nice for snorkeling. We cannot wait to come back again!

the place is great, it's big lots of room. all the rooms are big. lovely kitchen. the host was amazing. help is as soon as we got there. only thing was the location, it's not at Eden Bridge, it's on top of the mountain, I was disappointed at first, but it turned out amazing. you are close to the other side, and it's so beautiful on the other side. I will definitely book again. they just need to change their location on the app. but it's definitely worth it.

We really enjoyed our first vacation in the Seychelles. It's really heavenly and people are warm and respectful of their islands. We would like to introduce the Seychelles to our daughter and we will keep this address for a future opportunity and for our friends and family. Villa is quite high up giving you the best views of both sunset and sunrise, absolutely stunning views, worth every penny! Edmund is a great host, good communication and very helpful. The Villa is very spacious, clean and I couldn't fault a thing. I would highly recommend car rental and preferably automatic as the Villa is in a steep slope. if you have booked this Villa you will definitely enjoy your stay. We were so pleased with our choice. We could tell that Vivienne and Edmond had gone to a lot of trouble to prepare for our arrival. This property has been well put together and they have thought of everything. The pool and view were some of the best we have ever seen. We felt like we were on top of the world!
