Tie up at the private marina berth of this luxury property before heading out on the buggy to explore. Stop off at the private beaches and pools en route. If you want to stay fit then you’ll enjoy the residents’ gym, tennis court and running and cycling paths on Eden Island. Back inside, freshen up in the twin-vanity bathroom before a drink on the balcony overlooking the main Eden Island marina complete with super yachts. Sleep in comfort in our beautifully appointed 2 bedrooms (one king bed the other with twin beds). Our apartment has stunning views over the water to the mountains of Mahe. 14 Hibiscus has one of the best apartment views on Eden Island. Waterfronting, it overlooks the main marina and over water back towards the mountains of Mahe. As it is on the first floor it is safer for families with young children than ground floor properties as all properties are beside water. This also gives better views. The entire apartment is yours. I'm happy to organize a taxi for the airport if required. I have also organized discounts on boat hire (manned or unmanned) if you would like me to. If you need any assistance in terms of holiday plans or places to visit please don't hesitate to ask. Sunbathe on the four private beaches and stroll amongst the island's lush vegetation, looking over the ocean to the mountains of Mahe. Play tennis, work out at the gym or visit cafes, ice cream parlours, restaurants and bars, and browse high-end boutiques, all without leaving the island. If you want to travel further afield you’ve got the very best base to explore. Boat trips depart directly from Eden Island for Sainte Anne Marine National Park or the stunning islands of Praslin and La Digue. The apartment is very close to the main hub of Eden Island with its restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping. Eden Island is close to both the airport and the capital of the Seychelles, Victoria.

We are located at Nouvelle Vallee, Beau Vallon about 25 minutes drive from the airport. The apartment is situated on the hillside surrounded with lush green vegetation. Thank you so much 🩵! Marcella is a wonderful host and inspiring person working a lot for church. The Seychelles has been our best vacay with sunbathing, hiking, snorkeling, diving, Easter church services, surrounded by the most beautiful nature! We loved the Seychelles as well as Marcella's place! It is clean, spacious, well-furnished, and the view is absolutely amazing! Marcella was very responsive, and helped us kindly incl. late check-out. We would not recommend coming without a car but also enjoyed walking to the beach and restaurants sometimes. The location is great for a start, maybe staying in the south or one of the other islands is worth a consideration next time. One downside may be the price. Others are temporary construction noise around, missing refills (e.g. toilet paper) or on request (e.g. salt, trash bags), no AC in the living room, in the bedrooms it didn't always cool down, and parking can be tricky. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, God bless 🙏🏽!

We had a wonderful time at the house. It is spacious and very well-equipped. Everything was clean upon arrival. Communication with Lessy was very easy and she was able to answer our questions. Our arrival, welcomed by her sister Sultane, went perfectly. She was very charming and had the thoughtful attention to bring us fruit from her garden. A treat. We particularly appreciated the garden and the sublime view of Anse à la Mouche. In addition to all these positive points about the house, Sultane was of immense help to us because we needed a doctor urgently. She didn't hesitate to pick us up in the evening and take us to the clinic for a medical consultation and even brought us back the next morning with the medication. We thank her very much for that. We highly recommend this listing and the support of its hosts and thank you for this stay

What a wonderful and very spacious villa as described. The garden is extensive containing many fruit trees and offers amazing views of the west coast, we really enjoyed the evenings on the terrace while the sunset. Communication was excellent and of course it was a pleasure seeing Pikachu when he visited - we fell in love with him. The location is perfect for discovering the whole of the island, we cannot recommend Bertrand and Estelle's place any more highly, we will be back – a must stay.

Not a typically Air B&B, I would call it an apartment hotel. Located in a narrow lane, a few minutes walking away from bus stop, several small supermarkets, a few restaurants and money changer. Apartment had a good size with all necessary items, it was spotless clean. Bed was comfortable. Pleasant balcony.

Hubert and his sister were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself was lovely with all the facilities you might need at your disposal and the view of the bay was utterly incredible. It was the perfect place for me and my two friends to unwind and relax for a night while we get refreshed for another week of tiring conservation work. I would thoroughly recommend.

The location of the villa is stunning to walk out of the villa in the morning through the coconut trees and straight on to the pristine white beach was just fabulous. Marlene and her staff at the villa are just fantastic. So helpful and thoughtful. They kept the villa spotless even with my kids dragging in sand each day. Marlene got the coconuts cut down so one day we had fresh coconut water and flesh for breakfast. Another day she came in with a whole papaya. We will definitely be back to stay here again. Can’t wait.
