Cottage vacation rentals in Beamsville, Lincoln

The location of Miao’s lovely cottage is the best. We couldn’t have asked for more. It’s peaceful, quiet, private and heavenly. The sliding door off the living room opens to Lake Ontario. Watching the sunrise and sunset from your dining table is breathtaking. The back of the property is a quiet vineyard full of nature, cute birds, chipmunks and squirrels. Miao kindly reminded us to bring our bug spray because it was right next to the lake. The hot water didn’t work well the first night (Miao has communicated with us about it) and she called technician in and have it fixed quickly the next day. The coffee machine is basic and they do have a grinder if you want to bring your own coffee beans. I found some dog hair here and there on the floor. It didn’t take me too long to clean it up. The hairdryer is rusty and I should’ve brought our own. Other than these it was a lovely stay.

We had a fantastic week with friends! Bonfires, swimming, and frisbee we're just some of the activities we enjoyed. Inside the cottage was spacious enough for 12+ to hang out, although sleeping more than 10 was a tad challenging. That said, it did not deter from the fun we had, and the memories we will cherish. Great stay, lovely location, and place felt bigger than it was.

Our stay at Vidhya's place was truly unique. Easily reachable via car and very close to Niagara on the lake, Niagara Falls City and Glen Nature Reserve, we had the opportunity to enjoy a beatiful and cozy cottage in a quiet residence offering lots of different activities. We were three of us but it could easily accomodate a lot more people. The house was clean and pretty, kitchen extremely equipped and clean as well. The porch on the front was a true gem and we stayed there gazing at the falling stars and the night sky. Vidhya is super responsive, friendly and kind. He gave us clear instructions for check-in and on how to operate the BBQ as well. Definitely had the best time, I would absolutely recommend and I'd love to be back! Thank you Vidhya :)

For my family (wife and two dogs), this was a great place to stay. The views are outstanding… lake on one side, vineyard on the other side. Didn’t realize that another cottage would be so close to us, but it really didn’t bother us at all. Dogs loved the secluded area to run around. Took full advantage of the fire pit. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was great. The interior of the cottage is certainly a bit dated but we didn’t spend that much time inside cooking or anything. At least at this time of year (early fall), the bugs on the property are kinda insane either because of the grapes or the lake or both. Constant swarms of little midges or something outside. Spiders are working overtime to catch them all, so even if the owner is power washing outside furniture, windows, screens daily…. My guess is that the bug and cobwebs would be back in no time. It can be a little discerning but it’s not the owner’s fault. Just something to be aware of. Great location. Unbeatable views.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is beautiful with excellent views and the space is very comfortable. There's even a little farmer's market on the edge of the property. Will definitely go back!

My family and I enjoyed this little home. It was cozy but spacious enough to relax inside but also be outdoors to grill, look out over the lake, walk around and bike around the vineyard. Super close to everything you need from getting in Port Dalhousie and St. Catherine’s. Super close to the QEW as well. The host does mention to bring bug spray and indeed there were plenty of bugs both outside and inside, but it’s to be expected considering the location and didn’t bother us. The house was well stocked with whatever you needed and the towels and sheets clean as well.

Our stay at Kenny and Sophie’s was absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The space was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed with eco-friendly touches, making it not only beautiful but also a place we felt good about staying in. The peaceful, friendly neighborhood made it feel like a calm oasis—an ideal spot to relax and recharge. One of the biggest highlights for us was how accessible the space was. It was thoughtfully designed for those with accessibility needs, which made it the perfect vacation spot to bring my brother, he felt completely at ease, and we were able to enjoy our time together without any worries. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back. If you’re looking for a clean, relaxing, and accessible getaway near Niagara Falls, this is the place to be!

Tons of space on 3 levels and outside. Everything was clean, she put out snacks, beds were so comfortable. Amazing location right on the water with a fire pit, hot tub and sauna there! Minutes from the Henley Island and downtown area, 5-15 min away from all stores and St Catherine’s. The few problems with the water in the showers were taken care of immediately and all communication was very fast!!! I highly recommend staying at Grace’s place!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! It was neat, clean, and spacious, with a stunning view of the lake. The swimming pool was well-maintained and added to the relaxing experience. This was a great stay and a great host. Beautiful property, great view, great pool, and the hot tub was very nice. Awesome place to get away in Canada or from the United States as it’s a short drive from Buffalo. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice house with a view. We will be going back next year!

Spent a few days here when traveling for a college graduation at Niagara University. The home was absolutely amazing. So open and airy and right on the water. I spent most of the time outside just enjoying the view. The sunsets and sunrises over the lake were gorgeous and only made better when watching from the hot tub. One night we had a beautiful fire to add to the scenery and it was gorgeous. I recommend opening the windows and falling asleep to the sound of the waves ❤️The shower is magical. Huge and under a skylight makes for a very relaxing experience. Everything about this place was as described if not better. Kristeen was very responsive and checked in throughout the stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet little piece of paradise!

A wonderful stay in Niagara on the lake. Within walking/cycling distance of all the best vineyards and a short drive into town. Really lucky to have found such a little charming place in this beautiful part of Ontario. Thankyou for letting us stay

Lovely spot for a few friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. Peaceful and an amazing patio area and hot tub/ pool. Very comfy beds and well stocked kitchen appreciated!

The location is spectacular. Like a cottage in the city!

Pearl Lodge was much more than expected: the house sits on a gorgeous property with lots of parking and activities for all ages. The kitchen & bathrooms were spotless, and with multiple bedrooms, it was everything our group needed! Habib was extremely accommodating, and responsive with the questions I had upon check in. Would definitely recommend for larger groups & future guests in the area!

We had such a wonderful stay. We were fortunate to arrive in mid-May when the cherry blossoms were at their peak! The location was perfect. The Bruce trail is just up the road and we were able to go on several hikes along the Niagara Escarpment. There are also a plethora of great restaurants both up and down hill from the cottage, which is nestled in its own slice of paradise! As a bonus, there are two really cool cats that roam around the property.

We had so much fun at Kelly’s place . The cottage was so organized and spotless. It was packed with all what we need for our vacation. Kelly is a super host and a great communicator. She responded so quickly and efficiently to any question or request . We love to come back to Kelly’s beautiful place in the future:) thanks Kelly and best wishes from all of our group .

Very pleasant, albeit brief stay. Charming interior with great sunset views. And a note to all future renters, walk just 500 feet across the street to Avondale Dairy Bar for some of the best ice cream you'll ever eat.
